My dog needed prescription food and my vet recommended Chewy so I signed up for a subscription. Everything has been great and it’s easy to adjust frequency. I recently added a cat food subscription for my cat, but he was killed the same day my order arrived. I contacted Chewy to see if I could return the order and they simply refunded my whole order. I donated the food to a local cat cafe. Today flowers were delivered to my house- it was a stunning bouquet from Chewy offering sympathy for my loss. I cannot say enough about this company! They have gained a lifelong customer! Thank you, Chewy!

Received an awesome new customer coupon in the mail, thought I'd give them a try. Ordered three cases of dog food (good price), three bags of treats (excellent price) and three new toys. The box arrived two days later and everything was in perfect order. The toys were all of exceptional quality. Will definitely use again!

Just wanted to commend Chewy.com once again for their amazing customer service. Received a shipment today where one of my bags of food was ripped - I called and they immediately sent me a new bag of food, no questions asked. Very friendly and easy to deal with.

I was a HUGE fan and regular customer until Lasership became the shipper of Chewy products. Lasership is totally incompetent. I had biweekly orders with Chewy which were automatically shipped. I did not receive 12 of those orders in 2018 ALONE. It is June. Do the math. Shame on Chewy for not dropping Lasership. Clearly they no longer care about customer satisfaction by keeping this shipper so I have finally left them behind. I have discovered that many customers have dropped Chewy for the same reason.

I have been shopping with Chewy.com for several years now. They have always been helpful, but a recent experience with them sent it over the top! I had a cat with kidney failure for whom I was having Auto shipped Royal Canin Renal support food. When my cat died, I forgot all about her Autoship until I got the message that it had been shipped. I immediately contacted Chewy.com and ask if they could cancel the order, and while they could no longer do that, they did refund my money (over $60) and ask me to donate the food to a local shelter, which I did. A few days later I also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a sympathy card for my cat, Carmen. Now THAT is customer service! Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing! I have been using Chewy's for a couple of months and I have nothing but positive things to say! I am completely blown away by how awesome their customer service is. I just got off the phone with a very pleasant representative who was helpful and easy to talk to. However, the most amazing surprise to me was how they had already refunded a dog bed that I had purchased because I didn't give it the greatest review AND they told me to donate the other one ( I had ordered two for different rooms in my house) to a local charity! Amazing! I will definitely keep ordering through this company! Thanks Chewy!!

Always delivered the next day, have the food in stock, and customer service is always helpful. So much more convenient for my family.

I have had dogs my entire Life and have done business with all the big Pet Stores and online. Never have i been as pleasantly surprised as I was today. Recieved my order today (in two days as promised) and part of it was stainless steel bowls. I have to Chinese Sharpeis and these are just to light weight as they shove them around. Contacted Chewy Customer service spoke to a friendly rep who not only apologized for the bowls not working, refunded the cost, plus told me to donate the bowls rather than return them to Chewy. I was blown away with not just my experience but Chewy's generosity. Will buy all my pet needs there and tell everyone about this. Chewy is AWESOME>
