Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Oh. My. God. I can not express how much I love this site! This seems like one of those "this site is great and has no problems" reviews from the companies bots, but I'm being serious. I was going to order everything I needed for my two guinea pigs on Amazon, and my total came to 122 dollars! Without even getting their cage! I was gonna just go with it and worry about the money later, but I checked out chewy and got everything I needed and some more for 89 freaking dollars!! Including the cage!! This site is perfect for pet owners, I highly recommend this site.

Get Max's food and treats from Chewy !! He loves it !! I love the prices !!

I have used Chewy for several years. I've never experienced any problems with ordering, deliveries or customer service. I just had to put my dog down due to health issues. I contacted Chewy to cancel my Autoship & to return the delivery that just arrived. When I informed them that I had to put him down they said to donate the food to a local shelter & they were crediting my credit card for the cost. It was a genuine offer & very appreciated. I recommend Chewy to any pet owner.

I just wanted to say thank you for being such an awesome company. You always have what I need, you always have great prices, and for the two times I have called with the tiniest concerns, your customer service has been unrivaled. You go above and beyond, and have warmed my heart with your generosity. I will be a customer for life, and tell any and everyone who has a pet that they should be too! So thank you for everything, and keep up the good work!

Good prices Quality products Fast delivery Excellent customer service

This was my first time ordering from them. I got an amazing deal on some of my Diesel Boy's favorite treats, dental chews, dog food, and shampoo. My order shipped fast but was said to be delivered and never was. I called them and the lady I spoke to was very nice and reshipped my whole order right away. Due to ordering my baby's food online this time and not buying it from a store, he only had a few feedings left of his food. I asked how long the new order would take and mentioned if it would take longer I would just grab a smaller bag to do until the it arrived and she credited me money back to pay for the food and the inconvenience! I absolutely love Chewy.com and will continue to shop through them for all my pet needs! Excellent customer service. Customers and their pets are what matter to them and I love that!

Chewy is simply the best pet online supply company! The customer service is second to none. The shipping is very fast. The prices are great. I could not be more pleased with this company! I can't imagine anyone have a negative experience with them.

This company is amazing! They were very easy to get a hold of when we needed to change our order. They also gave us a refund quickly and they didn't even have us ship back the lights but told us to donate them instead or give them to a friend. I would not hesitate to use them again. They have pretty good prices and were so easy to work with.
