The best customer service I’ve ever experienced! (And I don’t write reviews)

Nothing but praise for this company! I was due a dry food delivery today and it's always a two day turn around. It didn't arrive but when I checked the Chewy website Fedex showed it as delivered. I don't know where Fedex delivered it to but it wasn't at my home. I emailed Chewy and not only are they shipping out a replacement, they offer to reimburse me if I needed to buy a small bag locally, and, they told me to keep or donate the initial shipment if it finally arrived. No questions asked and they replied immediately even though it was late afternoon when I initially emailed them. Another time a case of cat food found its way in to my order and they told me to donate it (which I did-to a cat rescue organization). Their customer service is second to none and I'll continue buying there!

Probably the best customer service experience I ever had. I called them to tell them that a canned food I purchased got my kitten sick and I wanted to return the food. They were so sweet and emphasized with my kitten being sick and no questions asked, refunded me for the food. So kind. I think my cat may have been allergic to something in the food so they suggested I donate it, which I will. You value your customers but more importantly you value our fur babies. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️You have made me a customer for life ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ok I was a little skeptical on ordering. But I was super sick and needed dog and cat food. .So I took a chance.. within 3 days everything I ordered came delivered to my house with free delivery... unbelievable! It's easy to customize your order like adding bird food one month and dog toys the next. Shopping with Chewy.com you save money, because for one.. I've compared prices from shopping at PetSmart and Petco and Walmart and everything I've ordered from Chewy are $8.00-10.00 less than in the stores for the exact same size and weight. Plus you save gas and for me, it saves me the frustration of running out of my pets food. I absolutely love Chewy.com and yes I know I sound like a commercial.. but I tell everyone who has pets about this! Because this is the real deal! Thanks chewy!!

I had a package delivered to my house in the evening. Within one hour of delivery I went outside to get it and someone ripped open the package and stole the product inside. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement that night. Great customer service!!

Wowwww. I had probably the best customer service experience just now with chewy. I called bc I got a raincoat that didn't fit one of my dogs and purchased a Comfort diffuser refills but didn't realize it didn't come with a diffuser. The customer service person refunded my money without needing the return the items, was very sweet and asked about my dogs and what their names were, extremely personal and friendly. And he waived the shipping for the other raincoat that was the right size. This is how customer service should be!

Chewy is selling a product that kills hamsters, and they won't even post my review on their website. It's unconscionable. Please do not buy the Kaytee CritterTrail 2-Level Habitat. The water bottle did not work, and our poor hamster died of dehydration. Update: I ordered some brain-stimulating puzzles for my dog. When OnTrac lost my shipment, Chewy sent me a free replacement order, plus gave me a discount for the trouble. I think that's pretty darn good.
