Just got off the phone with a customer service rep, Brianna. As usual with this company excellent service. No reason to lug bags or food and litter up stairs or in and out of a car....just use Chewy.com. Prices are the same or less than stores. Best internet shopping I have had.

I ordered 2 boxes of the Precision Pet Products Outback Dog House Door, Medium/Large. One came with the mounting rod and one didn't. I had seen bad reviews on this product from Chewy regarding the missing rod, so I half-expected it. What I didn't expect is how FAST they shipped me a new one once I brought it to their attention. I have never had such a simple and easy transaction. I don't know why anyone would give them a bad review. I was highly impressed with their customer service!

This is the second time I have ordered from Chewy and not gotten all my order. Email said was to be delivered by the end of the day. Talked to 3 different people. Two said it should be delivered by the end of the day. Third person could have cared less. This was stuff I really needed and I don’t live in town. Everything was ordered the same day. Why only half my order. Kept trying to explain to the person if I would have known I would have made the trip into town but since two people told me it would be here.i did not go. It was not a small order. This is the second time this has happened. Was told to order on Thursday because they don’t ship on Sunday or Monday.the person could have cared less about my dilemma.

When we needed a special prescription formula food for our 20 year old cat "Cleo", we started getting regular shipments from chewy.com. The food always arrived on schedule, with a convenient email letting us know about 5 days ahead before shipment in case we wanted to delay it. This was all very convenient, but I became a true fan of Chewy after Cleo died. When I emailed them saying she had passed away I got two tender email messages from their service reps, plus an offer to refund us for unused cat food if we would donate it to a shelter. I suspect this is not company policy, and I don't want to raise expectations for others who lose pets, but yesterday I came home from work and there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers left, in memory of Cleo! I am a forever fan of Chewy!

I ordered the wrong size pet feeder for my dog through the mail. When I contacted them about asking for an exchange they told me to just donate it to the nearest shelter and they would send me out a smaller one. I was so impressed with the customer service and so touched. They truly care about animals and customers.
