I began using Chewy for the convenience of auto ship and their lower cost. I recently lost one of my cats and my other cat had to go on a different food. I had a brand new bag of the old food. I contacted Chewy to inquire how I could return the food. Their rep told me that there was no need to return the food. They would credit me, and asked only that I donate the food to a shelter, which I did. I thought this was quite generous. The rep asked me the name of my lost kittie and offered her condolences, which was kind. Well Chewy went way beyond my expectations when I received a condolence bouquet of fresh flowers today in memory of my lost kittie. This is unheard of!

I ordered gravel for my fish tank and I needed to cancel my order and so I called in. I didn't get a recording I got a real person and I was on the phone for about a minute. They were super friendly and very customer oriented. I definitely will be ordering from here again.

I cannot say enough good things about Chewy! They have amazing customer service. They credited back for food that my dog would not eat and just had us donate the remaining food to the local shelter. Then just recently when my dog passed away, her delivery arrived the very next day and again they credited back the entire order and asked that we donate the food in her honor. 2 weeks later they delivered flowers to me. Honestly so many companies could learn a lot from this companies service and compassion. Everyone I talk to that has pets I highly recommend them to Chewy! I will be back ordering from you again... I just need a little time. Maureen

Customer service like I have never seen! I posted a review on an item and I was ok with the fact that it was not a great item and I wasn't complaining just stating the facts. I didn't think it was right to return the item due to the nature of the device. No harm, no foul-it wasn't a terribly expensive piece and I knew it could be something that didn't work out. No big deal to me. After my review was posted to their site, I was contacted by their customer service to verify what the issue was. I told them it was not a big deal and I appreciated them contacting me. The next CSR wrote me back & said not to worry and they sent me back a FULL refund! WHAT??!! AWESOME!! WHO DOES THAT? NO ONE! Except CHEWY.COM! I will recommend them EVERY TIME!

We have been ordering dog food as well as other items from Chewy.com for quite some time. The absolute best company we have ever dealt with. We called to let them know to stop regular delivery because Guinness had passed away. They extended condolences and then today we received a beautiful flower arrangement with a dozen roses. To all our pet families out there I want you to know what a wonderful company this is. Not just because of the flowers but because they are the best company you will ever deal with.

Chewy.com is great, the shipping company they work with--Lasership--is not. My first package got to me, but later than anticipated. My second one apparently was lost by Lasership. I contacted Lasership multiple times to no avail; my requests were clearly being responded to by robots. When I contacted Chewy directly I had a much better experience. They quickly replaced what they could and refunded me for an item that was out of stock. They sent the replacement order via FedEx. I wish they'd just used FedEx the first time; Lasership didn't win a friend this time.

I just received my second order after being encouraged to use this business by my mom. Prices are similar to store, with some available discounts. Delivery in my area is QUICK! I got my order next day! Happy Paws here!
