A real gem in online service! Good prices, good product selection, quick shipping, and AMAZING customer service. Whenever something hasn't been quite up to expectations, they have expedited a new shipment or even refunded the whole purchase price. Reps have always been courteous, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction.

A caring company. I had a Shih Tzu (Oscar) that was diabetic. My wife ordered the Disbetic dog food from Chewy on the continued order plan. Poor Oscar passed due to his diabetic condition just as our order was delivered. My wife called Chewy to cancel future orders. They were so considerate that they told her to donate the order (Diabetic dog food) to a animal clinic and they would credit our account. My wife donated the food to our animal clinic in honor of Oscar and sent to Chewy pictures of the staff accepting the donation. True to their word our credit card was credited for the purchase. Chewy did not stop there. They followed up with a condolence email. Chewy did not stop there, the also sent to my wife a bouquet of flowers with a sympathy card as well. Both my wife and myself showed to us that they care about animals. I can guarantee my wife and I will always order from Chewy. There are not very many companies that go that extra mile and really show care that they have shown our family. Proud to be a customer of Chewy.

So I place an order and I supposed to have order deliver to me on Saturday well fedex wasn't able to deliver. Then customer service from chewy they told me they will refund .u money and I will still get my order on fallowing Tuesday so today is Tuesday FedEx ddint deliver my package so I call chewy again and I ask for answers about what was going on they say the package will be deliver Wednesday. I'm having a very bad experience with chewy I thought was a serious company but I just believe chewy and fedex are a very irresponsible companies.they dont care about customers I believe after they told me they will refund my money they will just didn't care if I receive or not my order that is not right if there is a problem with an order it doesn't matter if it is $10 or $5000 order they supposed to follow up till customer get their order and if FedEx is the problem hey there is more carriers to chose from.

first order was wrong, tbey charged correctly just only shipped half the order. when i called to check the service rep said it was a 2 part order and the second part would arrive the same day. she could not provide a tracking number for some reason. well it never came so after a second call i was informed it had never shipped, an error on their part. when i asked why i was told it was a 2 part order the rep was very rude and asked if i wanted it shipped or not. since i was charged for it of course i did. cancelled my auto ship right after that. still havent got my second bag.

I felt so appreciative when after not receiving a medicated dog shampoo I ordered got lost, and Chewy sent it out again free of charge. They did not hesitate or question me. Their only concern was that my dog was suffering and needed the shampoo. With customer service like this, I will never think of doing business elsewhere. Thanks, Chewy Sharon Goldwasser Irvine, California

Chewy. Com is a great co. Customer service is Barr-None!! If the order is wrong, there are no questions asked. They ask that you to donate to a shelter or rescue. I lost my Maine Coon to cancer, THEY SENT FLOWERS WITH A CARD!! No company does that. I love Chewy, and so will you. Give them a try. Ships same day, and FREE SHIPPING!!❤️

I bought 3 wrong sized items. Two UTH and a UVB bulb (all for reptiles. I needed the bulb immediately but the UTH were going in storage until I can get a thermostat to control them. One was a backup). Called customer service and they offered a refund but I just wanted to return the items for the properly sized ones. The person sent us the correct sized items no charge and no hassle. It was the easiest customer service call I've ever made. No transferring and it only took about 10 minutes. Great experience. I'm going to donate the other items to a shelter.

My family has always raved about how great chewy is and especially their customer service. Since I am finally getting my first dog I decided I would give it a go and order everything from chewy, plus they had an amazing deal of 40% off if you sign up for auto ship so I thought this is great and did it. A couple of days later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled because I have already used the promotion before, even though I created my account right before I went through with my order! So I call customer service and they were no help at all and said there was nothing they could do. At this point I would rather just spend my money supporting a local shop then give it to this company.
