Chewy.com takes customer service and support to a whole new level. While our dog was still alive the KD medicated dog food helped, ordering was seamless and delivery was prompt. When our dog passed, with one phone call we were credited our last order and donated the unopened food to our local pet charity and the Chewy team followed up with personal condolences. This company is all about customer service!

We have used Chewy for 2 years with no problems. Always on time deliveries and no problems when changing delivery dates or frequencies. Our beloved Autumn passed away yesterday. I emailed them to stop auto ship and explain why. They emailed right back, credited our account for the last shipment and just requested that we donate the food to our local shelter. We did just that...donated to our local SPCA. They are a kind, compassionate company that cares about it's customers. Thank you, Chewy, for being there. Have recommended you to anyone who will listen and posted a thank you on Facebook, as well.

My dog passed away and I called Chewy to stop the next auto shipment of his food. The representative was so kind and helpful. She gave me her heartfelt condolences and even refunded the money back from my last bag of food without my even asking. I love this company and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I LOVE Chewy.com. When my dog would not eat her food I called up to see if the ingredients was changed. She ate this food for 15 years. He said no and offered me a refund without even returning the food. I said, no that's ok. He insisted. Then my dog got sick, after buying different food. After we had to put her down because of kidney failure, 15 year old lab :(, I called Chewy again. They refunded me money again. When I was talking to the representative she was so nice and understanding! As I was explaining the situation I started crying and Angie said, let me talk for awhile. We had the nicest conversation and I felt better after I hung up. Angie and the Chewy family sent me flowers because of her passing. I would recommend Chewy, for sure!!! Love them!

I find their customer service reps rude and defensive. Poor training probably. I guess they don't get without customers like us they don't have jobs so they should be more appreciative of our business and communication with them. There's too many other options available for pet supplies. I am slowly considering supporting another store.

Chewy was wonderful when my pet passed away. They made me feel that someone truly cared about my great loss. They were helpful handling my account and made me feel that I could call them without worry that I would be a bother. I am a customer for life.

All of us have interacted with thousands of companies in our lifetime. But I have NEVER dealt with a company as great as Chewy.com. They have gone above & beyond every time I've interacted with them. Today an auto-ship order was processed & I wasn't paying attention to my emails and when I realized it shipped I freaked. I didn't have enough money to pay for it (been out of work for 10 months) so I called & the woman canceled the order & called Fed Ex to stop the order on that end. Most companies would say 'too late - its already been shipped'. Not Chewy!! I will never get my pet food & paraphernalia anywhere else!!!

I have never dealt with a company with this level of excellence of customer service! Yes, sometimes they are a little more expensive on some items, but then I take into account the time and gas money that I would spend, and in almost all cases, I feel that it evens out.
