I ordered a couple of products around 3:45 pm on Tuesday and my order was at my door at aproximately 10am Wednesday morning.I could not believe it..blew my mind.From one state to another.Packaging was in excellent condition. I will definitely order all of my pet supplies from CHEWY.COM!!!..I highly recommend to all pet lovers...TryChewy...they get the job done.5 STARS from Ga.....

I’ve ordered 20+ times from chewy and my order has always been correct. Today my order came in but the box had obviously been roughly handled and my bag of dog food was busted open. I made a call and in ONE ring I was on the phone with an actual human. He was very nice and not only has a new bag on its way but took the time to make sure I have enough food for my dogs until the new bag arrives. I am absolutely shocked by the whole experience and have never had the customer service be that helpful. It took less than five minutes for them to fix the issue. I have always liked chewy because of the convience but they have earned a loyal customer.

Great prices and convenient!

I am writing this review because of what happened to my parents. My parents are 79 and 77, their cat's name was Sweetpea. They have been ordering prescription cat food for the last two years from you. This past Sunday they had to put her down due to failing health, she was about 16 years old. This really hit them hard. Today I received a message and picture from my Parents saying that Chewy sent them beautiful pink roses and carnations including a note. WOW! there are still caring compassionate people in this world. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you!

Not only does chewy.com have super fast, free shipping and fair prices...but they also have exceptional customer service! I was a little unhappy about a purchase but willing to live with it. I was sent an email to review the product I bought. I gave it a 3 out of 5. Next thing you know, I got an email from chewy saying they read my review and wanted to reach out to me. They told me they refunded the purchase I was unhappy with and told me to donate the item to a shelter if I no longer wanted it. What company goes out of their way to refund an unhappy customer when they are not even asked to do so? One who truly cares about their customers. I'm forever a chewy.com customer!!

Customer service is excellent. I had an issue and they resolved it right away and were absolutely amazing and so kind. Best people I ever did business with!

I ordered the pumice stone to remove dog hair off of my couch. I tracked the package and it said delivered and I never got it. Not a big deal. I call them and they immediately send me a replacement but they don’t confirm my address so i have to call back to confirm with someone else. Then I track the package once again and it says delivered but I still haven’t gotten it. I requested a refund and they gladly gave it to me. Their customer service really is great but I am frustrated that I haven’t received this product. I have family visiting and the vacuum just isn’t getting the hair off the material and I’ve heard nothing but good stuff about chewey. I am not sure if that’s cheweys fault or the mailing systems fault but I’m disappointed that I never received this product. I haven’t had any issue with any other company with this address so i truly am confused on what’s going on.
