Best customer service. We got a dog crate that ended up being too small for our dog. I contacted customer service to return it and they immediately responded and I got my money back AND they told me instead of returning it, to donate it to a pet shelter in the area. AMAZING!

Chewy has, by far, the best customer service of any company I’ve ever experienced. I recently placed an order and it was mistakenly shipped to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and in less than an hour, a brand new order of all of the same items was being shipped to the correct address at absolutely no cost to me! Their prices are also amazing and they have such an incredible variety of products to choose from! My pup and I will always be getting our supplies from this company.

I and my dog are very happy with chewy service! Yesterday, I found that my dog's prescription food delivery was delayed at our vet office and the vet told me to check around pet stores , other animal hospital or order at chewy. I was upset since my dog has a severe food allergy and can eat that prescription food. Also my food stock was almost out! I was calling and driving around pet store pharmacies but couldn't find it anywhere. Eventually, I ordered from chewy then got help at customer service. Awesome service! I could get delivery next day! My dog (Kuma) didn't have to suffer hunger. We will definitely stay with chewy and happy to share with my friends. Thank you (from Kuma)

Honestly one of the best companies I’ve ever seen. They go above and beyond to help and satisfy there customers and have even gone as far as sending me a gift basket for one of my pets who is having kidney failure. Truly a company who cares about animals and it’s customers! Would recommend to anyone who loves their pets.

I order dog food & treats monthly on auto ship, I love the savings and convenience of delivery to my door. My dog passed away in middle of delivery, so I called to see if I could return the unopened product. The customer service clerk, Alexis refunded my account promptly without returning and suggested I should donate product to a shelter. Then the next day, I received an order of white roses delivered to my house from local florist. My heart was breaking and the roses lifted my spirits. Thank you Alexis & Chewy’s. In the future when I’m able to get another fur-baby, I will definitely order from Chewy.com.

I've placed a couple orders with Chewy.com and have been very pleased with the pricing & the speed of delivery. My last order I placed, I ordered the wrong sized leash and when I tried to return it, I didn't see that as an option. I used the chat option on the website and the service was unbelievable. They refunded my money, placed a new order for the correct size and asked me to donate the other leash to a shelter. I thought that was pretty awesome. I will continue to use Chewy for all my pet supplies.

Paid for a large order with a debit card. They decided to split the order into two shipments, then tried to tell me it was normal that doing this resulted in charging me double for my order. Promised the second charge would fall off in 24 hours, instead it was nearly a week, during which time I had no access to those funds they "captured." This is complete bull. If you use this site, break your orders up yourself, and always use a credit or prepaid card with the exact amount so they can't screw with your checking acct. Horrible CS, will never use them again.

chewy.com which is a company that employees over 7,000 does not ship on Sundays and Mondays. While I understand not shipping on Sundays, I find it inexcusable they do not ship on Mondays. So if you place an order Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, your order will not go out until Tuesday morning. For a company that size, that is ridiculous, especially if you order under their minimum and are paying for shipping. On top of it, it is not listed in their shipping FAQ's that they don't ship on Sundays and Mondays. I find that very dishonest.
