They increased the cost of items on my autoship without a price change notification. More than a 30 dollar difference. I have discontinued my service with them and have gone back to picking food up at my local petsmart.

To be honest, I’m usually not one to write reviews BUT after the AMAZING experience I just had, there’s no way I couldn’t!!! I’ve been ordering dog food through chewy.com for several months now and had my autoship schedule timed out to perfection (PLUS I was getting the BEST price on the large bag of “Merrick” brand). Then, about a month or so ago, we added a second dog to our household and man can this pup EAT! I adjusted the autoship schedule but I was noticing the pups were flying through their food faster than anticipated! After realizing we only had a few more days’ worth of portions at best, I jumped into my account to “Ship NOW”. I didn’t end up receiving a tracking number that afternoon so the next morning I decided to hop on the “chat” feature on chewy.com to find out the shipping status. The chat representative, named “Austin”, was very polite and friendly. She apologized for the delay and informed me that the food was shipping out that day and would arrive in 2 business days. Without missing a beat, she asked me if my pups had enough food to last until the new bag arrived! I told her that they would most likely run out the day before the food arrived and her response blew me AWAY! She told me that she would locate the store closest to me that sold the food I was purchasing and CHEWY would cover the cost of it!!! WHAT?!?! She told me to hold for a brief moment – when she returned to the chat, she told me that she called the pet store right down the street from my work and placed a 4 lb bag on hold under my name. She then told me I’d see a refund on my credit card for the cost of the food + sales tax! Talk about taking care of your customers!!! WOW!!! Austin then asked me about my fur babies and I shared pictures with her. She really was the sweetest and I’ve never felt more cared for as a customer! I only wish more companies were like this! When I complimented Austin, she simply replied “I just want to treat you the way I’d want to be treated”. The “Golden Rule” has not been forgotten people! Woohoo!!! From now on, NO MORE trips to the pet store! I’ll be purchasing ALL of my pet products through Chewy.com, not just my dog food! Can I give 10 stars??? Is that possible??? Thanks Chewy and thanks Austin for being so “PAWESOME” hehe ;)

The reminders for your repeat orders are a lifesaver. Sometimes I need to move the date up or back a few days, and their site makes it so easy.

I literally love chewy.com ! I recently bought a bunch of toys which was delivered a couple days later and I was sad to open my package and find out that the interactive Trixie Flipboard I purchase had been damaged somehow during the delivery process. I called that night maybe around 8 p.m on a friday and told them them the story and they told me no problem they will send me a new one right away free of charge and that I can just keep the damaged one and use it if still usable until my new one comes in or just throw it away no need for return hassle. I went away for the weekend and when I got home Sunday morning the package had already been delivered I was so surprised with how quickly they were able to ship me a new one! I'm really impressed with their customer service and great prices. I recommend chewy.com to all of my friends and family members!

I have been a loyal customer of Chewy for the past few years. The website makes it super easy to order and reorder regularly used items. We had to say good bye to our fur baby, and after contacting Chewy with items I haven’t opened, the Customer Service Rep was super caring, helpful, and just amazing as I was crying on the phone. She was able to help me with items I wanted to return and also getting off their email list for the time being. I would highly recommend using this company. We are sad that we wouldn’t be using them for sometime.

This was my first time ordering from Chewy. I ordered dog food Friday and it arrived by Monday evening. I had a problem with the people who delivered it because they left my package without knocking so the food got moist. When I called to ask about the shipping company so I could make a complaint against them, Chewy customer service handled everything for me including sending a fresh bag of food. I will definitely be using Chewy again.

I have never ordered from chewy but have looked over their prices. Anyone who orders from them is not getting a better deal. If you are a healthy individual and can go carry and pick up your own dog food why would you allow yourself to be ripped off. Most of the brands like bill jac, and diamond and some others I buy at local feed stores for so cheap. Do not waist your money with chewy.

I bought a bottle of nature miracle (pet block), did not work at all. My dog peed even more, even on the pet block. I was not happy about it. I will not order from them again.
