My son and I have been with Chewy for 10 years. The service is fantastic. They've never made any mistakes on my orders. Their prices are lower than Petsmart or Petco. It's about loyalty folks, and kindness. Try it out sometime.

Chewy is ABSOLUTELY the best service I have ever tried! Not only in the US, but across the globe too! I madly love their attentive human support service, fast delivery, responsible and careful customer service! Ordered a lot of things for my cat and will order more! Never seen people are so deeply dedicated to your orders and personal situations! Always grateful and recommend!

My cat (Mr.Chow) has diabetes and was dangerously low on insulin. It's the Labor Day weekend and my vet had none available. They told me to contact Chewy.com. Mind you, i'm nervous, never miss an insulin shot and need help! The customer service woman was very understanding and empathetic to my situation. She told me Chewy has it's own pharmacy service and can express deliver it to you. MY CAT GOT HIS INSULIN LITERALLY 20 HOURS LATER, AT MY DOOSTEP!!! It was packed in the most carefully arranged box containing Styrofoam walls six large ice packs and a very secure lid to it all - I NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS - THE SERVICE AT CHEWY IS INCREDIBLE!!! I have always got quality service and great customer service from Chewy.com, but this? This was way above and beyond that!!! Thank you so much Chewy, you have an extremely thankful and loyal customer!!!

I placed an order for Heartgard Plus. Chewy offered me a 35% discount on its website. At checkout, I had the option to mail a prescription or have Chewy contact the vet. I chose to mail it. A couple days later, Chewy e-mailed instructions to mail the prescription. I mailed it the next day. The day after that, Chewy canceled the order, saying that they could not reach the vet. When I called customer service, they said they could place a new order, but could not provide the same discount.

I was very disappointed about not getting any money off of my subscribe and save right now. I would never order from them again now.

Products are great, but I will never deal with Chewy again. Accidentally ordered the incorrect auto-ship products (kittens are now cats and needed to update to cat product). Upon realizing within minutes of placing the order, cancelled it and the placed a second order for correct items. They took both payments and after dealing with Chewy Customer Service and my bank (who has confirmed 2 payments were taken), they are telling me that the first transaction is a pending transaction and no money was taken, when it clearly was. I also provided photographic proof to chewy via email. It has taken a week to get to this point (numerous daily phone calls and emails) and I now have to put a claim in through my bank to get my money back, which can take up to 30 days. Chewy’s customer service reps, supervisors and manager are useless. Nice and understanding, but useless. Will be cancelling my account with them once this matter is resolved

I've always appreciated Chewy for its quick shipping, great selection and competative pricing. Now, I'm even more impressed. I went online to buy bird seed and updated my Pet's profile because my little Yorkie had passed away. A day two later, condolence flowers were delivered with a very nice note. They were beautiful and are still alive a week later. I'm blown away that a big company like Chewy took the time to acknowledge my loss. They've got my business forever! Thanks Chewy!!!
