Chewy ships out items fast and has great customer service, however I have an issue with how they pack their items to ship. My main gripe is when I make a large order. Instead of packing items sensibly in two boxes, they will play tetris and fit these items in one big box, making it extremely heavy not only for myself, but for the delivery driver. Please, be aware that delivery drivers suffer when you do this! Even though they have a dolly they can use, they still have to load it on there. Better to use two boxes that each weigh 35 pounds than one big box that weighs 70 pounds and risk damaging the items. Many times, packets of food are popped open and cans are crushed on the side (not just a small dent). Because the big box is stuffed, the tape used to seal the box closed doesnt hold it well and arrives open. I hope this is taken into consideration.

I recently had to cancel my chewy subscription which I've had for some time because I had the unfortunate experience of putting my best friend of 13 years down. Chewy sent me a VERY considerate card offering their condolences. I can't express the gratitude I feel. Additionally, I've always had a positive experience using chewy. My senior pitbulls supplements always came on time. Highly recommend!

This is one of the most wonderful companies I have ever had the pleasure to order my 4 dogs food, treats medicine and toys from. They are absolutely wonderful in every way and their customer service has so many kind, knowledgeable people working there who are always so happy to help you. My beloved dog passed away and this wonderful company sent me a beautiful keepsake Rock with his name on it. I called to cancel a subscription for him and amazingly they sent me that beautiful remembrance, and it touched my heart so much. I cried to think of how kind they were to think of us. Every time I look at it on my dresser it brings tears to my eyes.That was just such a thoughtful gift and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.I will continue to buy all their wonderful products for many more years and the delivery is fast and prices are good! Thank you again so much! I couldn't ask for anything better than Chewy.!

Chewy has a great selection of pet products at good prices. Shipping is usually fast and convenient. Customer service is friendly and quick to respond. Sometimes items go out of stock which can be frustrating. Overall, I’m very happy and will keep ordering from them

I have used Chewy for many, many years. I have only had the absolute best in customer service. They are one of the top companies for caring about their customers & their customers pets in my opinion. Today is the second time that I received a beautifully painted memorial rock with the name of one of my babies that passed this year. I received one for another pup that passed shortly after the first. Both brought tears to my eyes & I am grateful. The time, thought & expense it cost Chewy to do this is so amazing & I am very grateful.

Deja made my day! My little dog had surgery and needed meds. Even with insurance, it has been pricey. Deja honored my discount code even when I was advised to get a smaller amount of medicine which changed the price and pushed me out of the threshhold for free shipping . She did not have to do this, but her committment to customer service was unmatched. Chewy is very lucky indeed to have such a lovely person representing them. Bravo, DEJA!

Their selection, customer service and Frisco brand are all excellent. We have been ordering from them for over 6 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. And, when my dog passed away a couple of weeks ago, they send flowers and a beaufltiful card.

We rescued a sweet 9 year old miniature schnauzer with bladder problems. We took her to a vet that found the issue and did surgery to correct her condition. She required a prescription diet and I started an account with Chewy. I had a subscription for her food and later she was on thyroid medication as well. The people at Chewy kept track of her prescriptions and I could also easily adjust the auto ship orders. Our sweet angel just passed away, just short of 17 1/2 years old. Chewy provided everything our sweet angel needed, food (dry and canned), medication and treats for more than 8 1/2 years. They are professional, good prices, fast shipping and they have a heart.
