Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Ordered some food a toy and some catnip for my cat. I received my shipment on time and just as I ordered. I will probably keep ordering from them because all the pet stores in my area are kind of out of the way and a hassle. This was a lot easier and actually saved me a few bucks as well.

Their customer service is amazing. A real person picked up my call with the first ring. Don't know if this level of awesome service is sustainable as the company grows, but damn it was nice for a change :)

I had the best customer service experience with a chewy 24/7 customer service representative. I’m so disappointed I did not get her name!! She was amazing, so outstanding, I was wowed with the service I was provided I totally did not expect it she took it to the next level of customer service, she offered to help me look for something that best met my needs and educated on me flying with a pet, things that were very helpful and made in 10x easy for my travel! I LOVE CHEWY!!

They claim to offer free 1 - 2 day shipping on orders over $49 doesn't mean they will ship using a 2 day shipping method. It just means you will get the order in 1 - 2 days if they happen to have the item(s) you order in stock at a location that is close enough to get it to you using a non-expedited shipping method. When I inquired about an items that were scheduled for delivery 4 business days after order I was told I would receive a full refund because they didn't live up to their offer, but that never happened. I don't no about you, but I prefer to do business with companies that don't continually lie to their customers.

Chewy is the best!!! On 8/30/18 my sweet golden retriever, Riley, 11 1/2, passed away. As my order was due to be shipped that day, I called to see if I could cancel. They were so compassionate and immediately cancelled my shipment. A week later I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Jake and Chewy along with a very sweet note! This was above and beyond the call of duty! If I could give them 100 stars, I would, but I have to settle for the maximum of 5! Thank you for your love and compassion, Chewy!

Chewy.com is an amazing company! I had to call them to cancel our automatic delivery on cat food after the recent passing of Midnight. Ryan @ Chewy was caring, supportive, and truly sadden by our loss. Yesterday this arrived from Ryan & Chewy! Thank you for caring so much about your customers. If you are not using Chewy.com you should be.

Great prices plus it's so nice to have things show up on my doorstep the day after I order them -- for no extra cost! Twice I've wanted to return things, once forgetting to cancel autoship and once changing my mind on a product due to the vet's recommendations about a food allergy, and each time they've refunded me and let me donate the food to the local shelter! This is the best company I've ever interacted with, and they will definitely be keeping my business! If only the cable company were this good!

Far and away the best internet company you'll deal with. So refreshing to know that whenever I call about a question or issue I'm having that Chewy customer service will take care of me. Received an incomplete order this morning and called Chewy. As usual, their customer service person was so friendly, professional and helpful and took care of my problem immediately, apologized (not necessary but appreciated) and solidified our relationship once again. In this day I find fewer and fewer companies who really know what good customer service is. I won't do business with anyone or websites anymore who I don't feel has my best interest at heart. Chewy'e has always been there for me. They've contacted and resolved issues with vendors they get supplies from for me and been my advocate. I will always go to Chewy's first because of their great customer service. Also, their prices are very competitive if not the lowest. Thanks again Chewy!!
