Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Chewy is a AAA+ company. Have been doing business with them for more than 5+ years and never an issue!. Unfortunately, due to the death of our furbaby we had to call and cancel all future autoshipments. Yesterday we received a beautiful vase of lilies, roses and carnations accompanied by note of sympathy from Nicole and the Chewy family...need I say more.

I love ordering from Chewy my furbabies are excited when the box comes. Here lately my order has taken almost a week to arrive. Just this week my order was shipped in three different boxes and each box delivered different days by Lasership. I liked it better when FedEx would deliver because I than got my order in 1-2 days.

Normally this company is very good but when they can't handle the volume or they are going to get an order to you well after their promised 2 day deliver they get an F in communication. I had an automatic order placed at 1am on a Friday. Normally my orders ship the same day even when placed in the afternoon and I get the order the next day. In this case, they never shipped the order until Saturday and they shipped it from a warehouse that well exceeds their promised 2 day delivery. So now the order that was placed Friday am will not be received until sometime Wednesday and that's if it gets here then. They never communicated any of this to me and if I hadn't checked on my order I would not have had any clue the order was going to be delayed. The food I get from them is not one that can be found locally so now I'm having to feed my dog less to make it last. This is the worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service at Chewy is fantastic. Prices are great and the delivery service was on time and reliable. I recently had to have my beloved cat put down, I called Chewy to ask them where I could donate the rest of his prescription food. They were not only helpful but I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a card attached the following week, expressing their sympathy for the loss of my fur baby. What a way to run a company. 😊

Their prices are great, especially for auto-ship items. I was purchasing my supplies, medications and other items for my two dogs directly through the vet's online website. When I compared prices I was blown away at the difference. I immediately cancelled my auto-ship with vet and signed up with Chewy.

Chewy has always been outstanding delivering our dog food and replacing items. Recently our dog became sick and we ordered a prescription dog food. During that time we had to put our dog down and when I contacted chewy they told me to donate the food to a shelter in his name and credited my account. On top of their generosity they also sent my family a bouquet of flowers recognizing the loss of our beloved Jaxson. We were amazed a company would do that. Thank you again. We tell everyone that will listen how much we love Chewy!!

If you’re not a customer of Chewy.com, my recent experience may change your mind. I was the recipient of a wonderful and thoughtful act of kindness from a representative named Alexis who took my call when I contacted the company last week to cancel our account, since Berkley had just passed away. I explained that our beautiful yellow lab had passed away at an old age and how much we already miss her. She was very kind, asked me all about her. Of course, I went on about our sweet “bird-dog!” I explained that we just received a shipment in the mail of her Blue Buffalo dog food which had not been opened. I asked if I could return it for a credit. Alexis instructed me to give it away or donate it to a local shelter. “No need to bother with the hassle of returning it and Chewy will credit my account,” she said . I was WOW’d and very appreciative! I hung up the phone thinking there is still kindness in the world, especially regarding customer service, which is pretty much nonexistent these days. So, one would think the kindness would have ended there...nope! I came home today to a beautiful flower arrangement with a sympathy note from Alexis and the Chewy family. WOW...tears flowed. I hand wrote Alexis a thank you card for the flowers and kindness. When you experience something amazing, you share it! P.S. Try Chewy.com! Their prices are nearly the same if not better than most pet stores. You can set-up autoship too! And, if you’re lucky you’ll have the pleasure of speaking with Alexis...an amazing human!

Very pleased. Had small issue that they INSTANTLY fixed for me. Very courteous service and FAST shipping. Enjoy doing business with them
