I am a very loyal customer to Chewy.com. Not only the site has a huge variety of products, but also the stellar customer service has won me over from time to time whenever I have issues with my purchases. They always put customer first, when my package was delivered to old address (we moved), they immediately send another package to the new location; or when I ordered newer varieties to my kitties and they don’t like it, I called to request returning of remining cans, they immediately processed refund and shipped me the ones that my kitties love - honestly, even l told them it was my fault and wanted my kitties to eat different type of protein, Chewy still insisted refund me for cans that my kitties don’t eat, and asked us just donating those to shelters. I am very touched by the highest level of customer service. It’s a great company that I would love to support.

After Fed-x delivering my package from chewy.com to the wrong address, customer service immediately sent out a new package and deposited$15.00 into my bank account for food for my pets until the new package arrived.I was completely satisfied with my first experience with chewy.com..Products and service are highly recommended by this consumer.

As a pet owner of 5 large beautiful Akita/Pitbull mix dogs I needed a cost effective yet healthy dog food. Chew y is the place. I save $3.00 per case on moist food, $3.00 per bag of Peparoni dog treats. Just with the basic savings price Chewy offers. Then with autoship which is amazing as you can easily change ship dates and is always on time or early gives me an additional savings. Top off with free shipping. After 2 yrs I had my first issue and was double shipped and charged and its xmas time. Lol Chewy not only refunded the double charge but refunded the total order and allowed me to keep all the food. As a Teacher struggling like all this made me cry and be thankful all to Chewy for going above and beyond. Oh and the refund done on a Friday night is in my bank Monday morning in time for Cyber Monday. Amazing! Im proud to recommend this company for your loved furry friends.

I have nothing but great things to say about Chewy! They have a great selection of food, treats and toys for my fur babies. Also, incredible customer service. A customer service rep is available 24/7 and I’ve never had to wait to speak to someone. They have been very helpful! Highly recommend.

My best friend and companion passed away Spot. Chewy sent me a beautiful flower bouquet to my door step for him it is sitting right next to his ashes. Baxter, my beloved Golden, passed away a month ago. With tears, I cancelled my Chewy.com auto-ship order of his special-diet food and asked to return the latest unopened 17.6lb bag of food. Not only did Chewy.com refund me the $$ for the unopened food but they also asked me to donate the unopened bag to a local shelter rather than return it to Chewy.com. That was quite nice in of itself. Yesterday, I came home to a beautiful flower arrangement on my front porch - from Chewy.com with sympathy for the loss of Baxter!!! What a kind company - definitely a rare jewel in large retail these days!! I will always be a loyal customer.

Copied from FB: My sister and brother-in-law tragically lost both of their dogs this past weekend. After this happened they received two 40 pound bags of dog food that they had ordered from Chewy.com. My brother-in-law sent them an email requesting permission to send the dog food back for refund minus the shipping cost. They responded with unbelievable kindness. They credited their credit card for the full purchase price and asked them to donate the dog food to a local shelter. They sent a second email requesting a picture of one of the dogs to put in there memorial book to honor her. And then today my sister and brother-in-law received these beautiful flowers from Chewy.com. I wish I could tell everybody this story. This is the kind of story that needs to go viral. This is an incredible company.
