Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I have always liked Chewy every time I have ordered from them but man, was I even more impressed on this last order. I order yesterday & it was received today. They have something most big companies lose sight of...heart. They have never lost sight of their customers, they care & they make sure it shows.

Best company ever they always are very patient with me due to my vocal chords being paralyzes paralyzed from Parkinson's disease and whenever I have a problem with an order they refund my account no question and tell me to donate my wrong purchase. Now how's that for customer service?

This company is one of the ONLY companies that takes customer service seriously! I had an issue with a shipment and they took care of it immediately. These folks truly care about their customers AND they have a great selection of high qualities items for your pets. LOVE them!

Chewy.com is a wonderful company. I will order from here every time. Very fast delivery. I ordered a sweater for my dog, it was the wrong size. I ordered the correct one. They gave me credit and told me I could donate the other. What a fabulous company. I am donating it to our rescue place. I think this is wonderful. 5 stars from me!!!!

I am a veterinary tech and I thought this would be an awesome site to get the best for my babies at a price I could afford. As a single working mother of 4, I live paycheck to paycheck. I bought some things for my cat and thought that was going to be the ONLY charge. WOW was I wrong. Apparently, the stuff I ordered came from 3 seperate warehouses, which you are not inforned before hitting the purchase button, that each warehouse will put an ADDITIONAL hold on the funds in your account to total the amount of goods purchased from that particular warehouse. Weird right?? I called them when I first noticed an additional charge, after ALREADY paying the total balance at the time of purchase. I was told this is how rhe system works. I asked where I could find that explained on their site, and go figure- "I don't know ma'am" is all I got. I was assured the money would be applied back to my bank THAT NIGHT And no more charges would accrue. WRONG AGAIN!! I get off work and stop at the gas station across the street as I work 30 minutes from my house and my gas light just came on and I needed to get my daughter picked up from school in an hour. My card is DECLINED!! I Look at my account activity because I know the gas I was attempting to purchase was less than what was in my account before going to bed....now keep in mind this isn't even including the additional money they had on hold STILL AFTER ASSURING ME IT WOULD BE BACK IN MY ACCT THAT DAY. Low and behold...THERE IS ANOTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGE FROM CHEWY, from a DIFFERENT warehouse. I immediately call and request to speak to a manager. After being on hold for 20 minutes, she finally gets on to tell me THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO!?!?! I explain to her that I need that money to not only get home but also to pick up my 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FROM SCHOOL. Again...she says there is nothing she can do but the money will be available in 2 to 4 business days!?!? So AM I SUPPOSED TO STAY AT WORK AND MY DAUGHTER STAY AT SCHOOL FOR 2 TO 4 BUSINESS DAYS???? I did NOT get to my daughter UNTIL 9 PM!!!!! 5 hours after school got out. That is how LONG IT TOOK ME TO BE ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE TO BORROW THE MONEY! Then I was told I would get a full refund...haha yea right. STILL WAITING ON THAT TOO! Save yourself the headache and just order from petco or petsmart .com where you ONLY SPEND WHAT YOU AGREE TO BY PRESSING THE CHECK OUT BUTTON! I've never been so upset at a company. I'm usually pretty laid back when it comes to stuff because I deal with people in every kind of situation daily...but come on. DO THE HONEST THING ONLY CHARGE PEOPLE FOR WHAT THEY PURCHASE....WITHOUT ADDITIONAL HOLDS!

Cannot say enough about this company. Overall service is always outstanding. Customer Service Agents are friendly and go far beyond what I would expect. Ordered incorrectly on one of my first orders and did not have the funds to correct my mistake. My order was not only corrected, but the rep sent me the larger size bag at no charge. Quality products at great prices. Shipping is quick, important since I always forget to order until we are almost out of food. Thank you Chewy for always coming through for us!

Normally, I don't need to talk to Chewy.com's customer service, but this time, I did (for a new Rx). I wish every customer service experience that I had with other retailers was as enjoyable as my experience has been with Chewy.com. The cherry on top was asking a picture of my fur baby for their internal wall of pictures, and the lovely response I received: 'Oh my goodness, thank you so much... Bamboo looks absolutely precious and so cuddly--he looks like a real life teddy bear haha. We love seeing our VIPs (very important pets) and he'll make a perfect addition to our furry wall of fame here. Please give him lots of belly rubs and treats for me and please let him give you lots of little kisses.:)' After receiving that, how could I not like them even more? hahaha

I am new to autoship with chewy. I found my dog food nicely priced, I'm able to get a very large bag delivered and not have to lug it through a store, to the car and home again. I even add a pack of treats in each shipment! On my second autoship, I called to see why the shipment arrival date had been pushed back. The Chewy rep said they take their ship time of 1-2 days very seriously and refunded my entire autoship order! I got a free shipment that month. Plus, the variety of items they have to offer is huge. I am going with Chewy for nearly everything now. Thank you, Chewy.
