Incredible customer service! I used the “chat” option to return a harness that was too big. They sent me another one free of charge and told me to donate the other one to the Animal Shelter. When I was waiting for them to finish helping me, they asked me what my dog’s name is. All around awesome company! We will be getting all of our dog products from this site

Had to give One star or I would not have given that. I used to really enjoy chewy and even participated in their auto ship program. My last auto ship included 5 bags of Rachel Ray Soup bones and medicine that my dog needs for his liver. They get me the bones but the medicine has not shown up and it has been over a week. Thanks to chewy my dog has now gone three days without his medicine. I am done with chewy. This won't happen again

I ordered a product from them for my newly adopted puppy. Upon its arrival, I decided I no longer wanted to use it and reached out to Chewy.com. Not only did the refund me the purchase, they allowed me to donate the product to a shelter near me!!! Amazing. During this email chain for the refund they asked to see a photo of my new pup which I happily sent to them as any new dog mom would. Much to my surprise, a couple weeks later I received a complimentary hand painted portrait of my pup!!! I have never been so satisfied with the customer service from a company which in turn they will have my loyalty for all my pet needs moving forward!! Chewy.com is the best!!!

I received my order from Chewy, upon opening I noticed that there was something missing (a small $5 item-no biggie). Well, I called Chewy and they got it handled right away and shipped out a replacement for that item they even apologized! Awesome customer service and care!! I cannot imagine buying food, toys, fountain filters, and so much more from anywhere but Chewy! A++++

I have ordered several times from Chewy for my grand puppy and grand cats and have excellent service every time. Most recent order had a cat house and when I received it, it was slightly damaged. Through Chewy’s online chat my problem was quickly resolved. A new cat house is being shipped and was told I could donate the slightly defective one to my local shelter. I will definitely donate it and let them know it is from Chewy. Great products and even better customer service.
