I've been shopping at chewy.com for years now and I can honestly say they provide the best customer service not only online but everywhere.Just yesterday I ordered a dog sweater and after I placed my order I found it for $5.00 cheaper. I called chewy.com and to my surprise they offered to take $5.00 off and keep my order. I was thrilled with that solution. Every communication that I have ever with them is always a positive experience. There prices are good too. You definitely want to shop here. Everything you could possibly need for your pet is available. They also ship in like 1-2 days. I've been also buying my dog's food there. I order by the case and it comes out a lot cheaper. Love these guys!

This is an outstanding company! Many of their prices are below those of brick and mortar pet retail stores. Delivery is super quick and free if your order is over $49. And their customer service is great! Once, I ordered a large bag of dog food that arrived with a tiny bag rip. The customer service rep apologized, sent a replacement bag that I received the next day and told me to keep the original bag. (I donated it to a shelter.) At another time, a few hours after I submitted a $70 order with free shipping, I remember that I needed an item that cost about $10. The rep cheerfully agreed to add that item to the original order so I wouldn't have to pay a shipping fee. I could go on but this is where pet parents will get the best deals and service!

I used Chewy for the first time for many containers of cat litter. I hurt my back and couldn’t carry them for a while. The litter came quickly and I was thrilled! I just wanted to say that I am happy to use a company that contributes to Pit Bulls and Paroles and Samantha to the Rescue! It makes me happy to patronize a company that gives back!!

Excellent Customer Service! I have placed about a dozen orders with Chewy.com over the last year or so. I have had to contact their customer service twice and was pleasantly surprised both times. Not only were the agents professional, courteous and even friendly, they resolved my issues quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely continue ordering from them!

I recently reach out to chewy because I lost my employment of 19 yrs with a major insurance firm die to company layoffs and my unemployment benefits ran out lucky I found a great job and start next week but I only have enough cash to get gas for the next 2 weeks but I am.slowy running out of food for 3 babies and I called chewy to see if they would be gracious enough to send me 1 bag of dog food to get me by and the customer service rep was so wonderful and she really felt for my situation and said she would speak to someone to see what they could do. Now I have exhausted all my other options and have noone to fall back on and I recieved an email today from another customer service rep who in a nutshell refused to help me and told me to feed my babies human food which I have never done because of their digestive issued. I have lost all faith in chewy as they truly only care about the mkneybyhey make not helping.a single mom just trying to keep her babies feed until her paycheck. I just want to cry at this point

I had a bad experience with a certain canned dog food. I bought a case and only used 1 can donating the rest to a shelter. I gave an honest review of the food and soon after Chewy customer service contacted me and told me they were sorry I had a bad experience, assured me the food was human grade as stated and then processed a credit. How much better can they be! I will continue to do all my pet shopping at CHEWY.

I placed an order for 2 bags of rat food. Almost 2 weeks go by and still don't have my order. So I emailed them, they responded saying I should receive my order the next day. So I do receive my order after almost 2 weeks, I open the box to find 1 bag of rat food and 1 bag of Guinea pig food. So I emailed them bck again, he says that they would refund me $7 and some charges and send me out a new bag of food. It's now a month later and still have more recieved my other bag of food. Come to think about it I should check my account because I don't believe I received my refund either.

I've never had an issue with Chewy that was major. A couple times a bag of dog food came in with a small rip in it and once our cuttle bones arrived crushed. They replaced them immediately. Recently I received my order on time and in perfect condition but there was something extra in the box that I didn't order. I checked my packing slip and I wasn't charged for the item but I contacted them anyway to ask if they wanted it shipped back. They told me no & to donate it to a local shelter/rescue... how awesome is that?! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, quality products with quick turnaround and superior customer service!
