The products are good, the quality and prices arent bad and they're return/refund process is AMAZING!!! I was only on the phone for 1 minute 41 seconds with customer service, I got a refund started and they told me to donate the item to a local shelter. Amazing customer service.

I am a fairly new Chewy customer, and I am thrilled! My veterinarian's office recommended I try Chewy when I complained about the damaged dog food bags at the 2 national pets stores (having visited two locations of each store 3 times in 6 weeks). It is amazing that Chewy can ship individual bags of food (and of cat litter) to me with no damage at all to any bag so far. And items arrive within a couple of days. I am very pleased. And the food is about 15% cheaper than the stores (with free shipping to my doorstep). Kudos Chewy!

We usually purchase all our dog food from Chewy and it is always delivered on time. Recently, we ordered a few small items from Chewy because our dog was recently neutered and needed a protective cone. I needed to return the items because they were not big enough and had to get one from a local pet store instead. Not only did they provide quick and excellent customer (chat) service they refunded my order and told me not to return the items and to donate it to a local animal shelter (probably because it was such a small order it wasn't worth the shipping cost). I happily took the items down to our local animal shelter right away and everyone was left with good feelings. Thank you Chewy for your awesome customer service as well as your contribution to a local animal shelter.

The pharmacy is terrible. I have been waiting two weeks for my dogs heart meds and I still don't have them. My vet has written them a letter and called them. Customer service keeps promising me they'll be expedited to me but still no meds. There doesn't seem to be any communication between their costumer service and pharmacy.

Recently i called Chewy to stop my autoship for my 10 year old dog because she passed away. Ryan answered and listened to my story and me crying and he was so sweet and supportive. I thought he had done a great job of helping me. But today I came home to find ROSES and a card from Ryan and Chewy. I couldn't believe it. THANK YOU RYAN AND CHEWY.

Placed orders through Chewy multiple times, mainly because they offer healthier alternatives compared to Petco/Petsmart. I ordered from Chewy late at night and received my order THE NEXT DAY! Truly impressed. We also received a hand-written Christmas card over the holidays from the co-founders of Chewy, which I thought was really cute, ha ha. So far, I've had no problems with orders and will continue to purchase through Chewy. UPDATE: I recently wrote a review on some dog food saying that one of my dogs did not enjoy the flavor, but that I would definitely purchase from the same brand (Stella & Chewy's) again. The next morning, I received an email from Nicole M saying that she read my review and would be refunding me for the food. I am BLOWN AWAY by the customer service. I did not expect this, and this has never happened to me before. Nicole M also recommended me some other dog foods that she thought I might be interested in. Wow. Thanks Chewy!
