I placed an order on the 3 and it’s now the 12 th and we still don’t have our prescription drugs. I’ve called my vet and they have verbal approval the next day but Chewys faxed them anyway and was waiting for it to be returned Chewys said the Dr requires a fax, I called my vet and that was not true. Come on people, we need our stiuff!

I LOVE Chewy! :D I've been ordering from them for about three years, and they've NEVER disappointed. And now it seems they're shipping faster than ever - it's almost immediate. Strike that; it IS immediate! And the prices rock. As long is Chewy is around, I'll be a loyal customer. :)

I used to have a very high opinion of chewy.com. Their prices and service were great. However, I recently started having delivery problems with them. They have become very unreliable regarding their promised delivery dates. For example, I recently ordered an antibiotic from them and was told at the time of ordering that I would receive the medication on Saturday, but when Saturday came and went I was told I would not receive the medication until Tuesday. I asked Chewy to overnight the medication so I would have it before Tuesday and they said they could not do anything to help me. Hell, what do they care it’s not their dog. Unfortunately, this is not the only problem I have had with them regarding their servicing orders I placed with them. Low prices are great, but unreliable and bad service on getting orders to the customer and then leaving the customer hanging more than offset their low prices. In the past I would have rated them five stars, however, now I can only give them a two or a poor overall rating.

I recently lost my furbaby and had cancelled my orders from chewy, not saying anything to them. I just received a bouquet of lovely flowers with a sympathy card from the Chewy family. They are really a great caring company

I started with Chewy when my husband and I decided to go carless. I can carry groceries home on my bike, but cat food and litter were out of the question. I am cautious of subscription services because I don’t always have money in my account. I called Chewy they graciously explained how I could move the dates of my auto ship around to fit my needs. Unlike other subscriptions, If I am scheduled a delivery on Monday, but I don’t have any money or don’t need it yet, I can move my shipment to Friday, or the next Friday, or Wednesday 3 weeks from now, whenever works for me. Chewy sends me an email 3 days before shipping my order, letting me know that I can still change the shipment date and contents. I almost always receive my order the next day. I live on the second floor of my apartment building. I love that someone else carries that huge box up the stairs. It’s worth the delivery fee just for that. Chewy sent my cats a Christmas card, which I thought was cute. It was hand-written. When the door broke to my litter box, which I ordered from Chewy, I asked if I could order a replacement door. I expected the manufacturers of the litter box to respond but Chewy responded and let me know they were sending me a new one for free. One time, I accidentally sent myself 2 orders of the same thing. By the time I realized, it was already on the truck. But they caught it in time and pulled it off for me and refunded my money. I don’t think I have ever been more satisfied with a service before. I want to do something for them, which is why I am writing this review.

I had a horrible experience dealing with Chewy's customer service team. I can only receive mail at a PO Box, which they refuse to ship to, or at my office. Though companies other than USPS can deliver to my office, they are unable to guarantee that the item would arrive during business hours. It's a huge hassle to have an item fail to be delivered, be bounced back to the company, and have to fight for a refund! I highly, highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I have been shopping chewy for a while and noticed price keep going up.its been good but changing in a way that I might have to look to another place..

This company is truly unique. After my father passed away, my mother called to place an order and change the account owner to her name. She was still very emotional and the service rep talked to her for 30 minutes and she received a dozen roses and a sympathy note from the company. Who does that??? This company does. I can’t thank them enough. What a wonderful reminder that there are still caring people out there.
