5 stars: No reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone. THIS company has heart. My Cat passed away right before Christmas. I totally forgot to cancel my automatic shipment, not only did they credit my account, they sent us a bouquet of flowers with a sympathy note!!!! I won't stop telling people with pets what a fantastic company this is. Thank you Chewy.com Lynn

I had an issue with a shipment that included damaged cans.The customer service department was on it the moment I sent in my issue. I couldn't believe how fast they handled our issue and sent out a replacement. We received a new shipment within days. I would definitely recomment Chewy.com!

Earlier today, 2/2/19, I attempted to edit my saved autoship which was scheduled to ship later this month, and then change the ship date to tomorrow so I could get the items sooner. The site would not accept the autoship option for multiple items even after I clicked on "add to autoship", so I could not get the 5% discount, so finally I just clicked "cancel order". This evening I received a call from chewy.com regarding duplicate orders being placed and wanted to verify before they were shipped. I called Chewy 30 minutes after the message was left, and the employee who answered (I think her name was Megan?), sounded highly medicated or intoxicated and told me that "luckily the order is still in a state where it can be canceled". I had already explained to her that I was having difficulty with the website earlier and so I had "canceled the order", however she made it sound as if this was my fault and she was doing me a favor. I had even received a pop-up that confirmed the order WAS canceled at the time so I know it was not a user error. I told her to cancel one for almost $300 and to go ahead and ship the other one they had for about $200, then I thanked her and she said "bye" and quickly hung up. This is not the first time I have had issues while placing an order on their website, however it was the first time I have had to contact Chewy by phone and was definitely expecting better customer service. Very disappointing because we have been ordering pet supplies for our 3 pets for quite some time from Chewy, but we will be searching for alternate suppliers due to the poor customer service received from this phone rep.

Absolutely best customer service, I have been ordering from chewy for along time when my mastiff passed away I reached out to chewy in an email with concerns of my other dog that was grieving and would not eat Veronica was very nice as she expressed her sympathy for our loss of our fur baby. And today I wake up to a very nice bouquet of flowers and a card from chewy , this company is truly caring and always go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order or whatever. My remaining dog stopped eating her food and chewy gave me a full refund on that food and I ordered something else . Thank you so much chewy for your care you showed me and my family and your love of pets you have earned my business for life and I will recommend you to everyone I know Thank you so much

I'm a first time chewy customer, when I tell you the service is amazing, please hold me to it, I ordered two coats for my dog Choppa, they both were a tad bit too small, I called to ask about returning them, and what do you know, I wasn't asked to return the items, and they were replaced, with no problem, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CHEWY!!!

Credit Card Info Not Secured! I had an excellent relationship with Chewy.com for several years, but that ended when our last pet died in July 2017. No orders have been placed by us since then, however somehow our account information was mixed with others and we have received two charges in the last few months that we didn't authorize. On the first miss-charge the representative corrected the error and told us that our account information would be purged from the system. Yesterday we received a Chewy.com shipment to our address but not our name, and our credit card was again charged. I again called Chewy.com and they are working to correct. Again I've requested my account info be purged. Be careful about giving this company your credit card information! UPDATE - Chewy.com refunded half (50%) of the money charged to my account. After a 30 minute phone call requesting the remainder of the money I was told that such a refund would require a three-way phone call between my bank (credit card company), her supervisor, and myself. All this for a charge to a closed account for material I didn't request! Be careful with these people!

CHEWY.com is truely AMAZING! They have a fabulous selection of EVERYTHING! PRICES are good to great. SHIPPING on average is 1 day for me (ordering from Chewy for about 1 year, for 4 pets). CUSTOMER SERVICE..."can't" be beat!!!! In my opinion, this is the FIRST company, ever, to deliver this quality of professional Customer Service. EXAMPLE: I emailed Customer Service with a question. They in turn: Emailed AND called me! When I returned the call...I got right thtough(no waiting on hold). The representative who answered was able to look up and handle everything right then and there! WHAT AN INDUSTRY ROLE MODEL!!! Thank you Chewy and for your love of pets!
