I was very disappointed with Chewy this time. We are traveling from Oregon to Ohio and needed an order of Ark Naturals and Denamarin. I definitely needed the Denarmarin before we left as our pet's liver enzymes are elevated. I received an order of something totally different than my order and called right away. There wasn't enough time to receive the order in Oregon so I told them to send it to our home in Ohio. I got on the site to make sure it was sent and they never sent the Denamarin... only the Ark Naturals and without letting me know..... just supposedly credited the Denamarin. I have to wait to see if that actually happens. In the meantime, I have to find Denamarin on the way home. I am very disappointed with them and will have to question if I will order from them again!

Chewy is GREAT! Great customer service, I can order the special diet cat food that keeps my cat healthy. Their employee said "It's the best job I've ever had, hands down. They treat me like family"

I placed an order for dog food they took the money off my card but sent me an email saying they couldn’t ship it.so I called them to find out why and they said they had to verify my email that was already done when I placed my order they said someone will contact me in 24 hours OK so I told him you took my money. My dog needs his food and you’re giving me a hard time about my order that I paid for I will never use them again. I don’t trust them. I ordered my dogs food from pet supplies and got it within two hours so that’s who I will be using from now on.

I will not rely on Chewy for Rx. I had emails saying to be delivered 10-4 -- and then out for delivery today. Then calling in after 4 - chewy said 'out of delivery today'.. Finally, I went to fed ex home delivery site - with the number etc -- it is not out for delivery. When it comes to prescriptions for one's dogs and cats - I cannot rely on Chewy. they admitted their own (after 3 customer reps and proving what fed ex said -- and tried to weasel with 3-5 days is their estimate - but then why out for delivery today --- blaming fed ex is wrong - as fed ex is their agent. I can only say - for me chewy rx - is not reliable - and they have wasted a good 1 hr and a half of my time as well

Love the comfort of Chewy! I always find something nice for my cat and delivery is super quick, so I never have to worry about planning ahead

The most terrible experience, I ordered dog food and the shipping kept getting delayed until they said they delivered the package but they never did. THE WORST!!!!!

I ordered prescription cat food for my cat last month. I canceled the order because it was cheaper at the Veterinary office. They still won't send back the money for it. Don't trust them. They are liars. I wouldn't order anything from them ever again.

Very good company. Customer service is usually great and responds quickly (except for the occasional rude ones who accuse you of causing shipping issues). They need to stop using FedEx shipping, however. This is why they are four stars, not five. Their packages from FedEx keep getting delayed and shipped to the wrong address. I didn’t get my package from FedEx twice. It causes huge problems for me and makes me question the reliability of Chewy. Don’t buy any product that gets shipped from FedEx. It will not come. I will not buy any Chewy item that gets shipped with them.
