I recently placed a order with Chewy and advised them I had to reduce the quality because we lost our loveable Tanzys Brook. And today we received a floral arrangement from them expressing there sorrow. I can only express how thoughtful and kind and professional this company is and words can't describe our appreciation. Orders are shipped out quickly, arrive quickly, great product selection and availability, can't say enough about this company WITH THE EXCEPTION OF the pharmacy! For months now we have been getting allergy meds as well as flea prevention from Chewy, but each time I place a refill order they say that we don't have any refills available, when the vet called them in with TWELVE refills EACH TIME! Over and over we have been through this until finally gave up and switched to 1800PETMEDS. Will continue to buy our food, and all other items from Chewy, but never again will we work with the pharmacy...nightmare!

Just signed up for auto ship...Was supposed to get this product...did not happen,received 0 to 22 pound product for my service dog...they sent correct finally and partially refunded my money...I just got the rest refunded but NEVER AGAIN...canot count on them to get it right or make it right in a timely fashion.

Chewy.com continues to amaze me with their CONTINUED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is a company I would want to work (I weren't retired). Just last night I called them after I noticed I had sent an item to my friend's address instead of mine for my last 2 orders (after having sent her some dog toys). Dora the customer service agent resolved the issues and stated that if the first order ended up at my friend's because it was further along in the delivery process, they would REPLACE IT FREE OF CHARGE! WOW! My friend wouldn't have to ship it back to them or be inconvenienced in any way! And it was my mistake! and they were fixing - free of charge! I was blown away by their generosity and their unparalleled treatment of their customers. Chewy.com = AWESOME!!!!!

Their customer service is awesome! I ordered some hip & joint supplements for my dog but she refused to eat them even when slathered with her favorite, peanut butter. I left a review about the product on their website and they sent me an email the next day stating I would receive a refund that I didn't ask for nor expect!

I cannot express how awesome this company is! FedEx said my package was delivered when it wasn’t at my house. I talked to Chewy and they sent another package right away to replace it. I then got the original the next day and called to say I got it. The second was already on its way and they told me to accept it at no cost as a gift for using the site. They didn’t have to do that. I appreciate it so much! This company is always fast and has so many great products at good prices. I would recommend them over and over again!

I love chewy! They have the fastest delivery and a wide selection of foods so i was able to find the grain free salmon recipe food for my dogs sensitive stomach. They even send holiday cards to my home which is a very nice sentiment! I've spoken with their customer service once to ask about switching the address on my recurring deliveries and they did it quickly within the first two minutes of our phone call. I recommend to all my dog lovers out there
