Chewy has exceeded my expectations with humility & empathy. My dog passed & I had made a comment about it in my email correspondence & their response was incredibly empathetic & kind. I am blown away by how kind they are.

I love purchasing things from Chewy! Things always come fast, if not early, and are never damaged. The quality is amazing. I even received a hand written thank-you card for purchasing from them! I know a lady that bought treats from Chewy, and when the lady sent them back because her dog died, Chewy.com sent them a hand written letter along with a hand painted painting of their beloved Golden Retriever. This company not only cares about their reputation, they truly care about their customers.

So their customer support staff is the BEST! They are friendly, informative, very professional and above all KIND! You do not have to worry if you have a return (which is sometimes more important as a purchase that you keep), because they are most accommodating and efficient! BECAUSE they were so sweet about a return I had, I would never not give them my business..if they are that kind about refunds, I felt it important to order again and now again! They are the BEST!

I have had awesome service for the past 6months, ordering what I needed as I needed. Thus month 03/19 chewy somehow managed to send me a duplicate of my order. I let them know about the mistake as I had not been charged for two and they allowed me to keep it on them. Honesty is awalys the best policy and they were sO helpful all the way along . Thanks again

My dog died and I forgot about my order I placed in November. He stopped eating his kibble and I postponed the order once thinking he just didn't like the flavor but then he got sick and turned out he had liver failure. Likely cancer had it forba while and he was terminal. No treatment, he was 14. Well my order shipped and I no longer have my dog so I asked chewy if it could be returned. They said donate the food and toy, 70 bucks worth, to a local shelter in your dogs name and gave me a full refund! Just like that. My orders always came quick, changing dates was easy and everything was as promised. I highly recommend this company. And the auto ship program. It's Amazon for pets without the free shipping membership. No string just amazing customer service.
