I started using Chewy.com about 6 months ago and I cannot tell you how amazing this company is! They're fast and well priced yes of course but their customer service is NEXT LEVEL. This most recent purchase of my dog’s favorite bone left me a bit worried because the bones came with some kind of mold on them. Get ready for this... not only did they replace them at no charge, they also told me if I need to go out and buy more while I wait for my new shipment, they’d reimburse me for the cost of those... WHAT?! I was in shock. We have plenty so I won’t need to take them up on that offer but just the fact that they’re willing to go so far above and beyond brings joy to my heart. Chewy, thank you for being the poster child for customer service. You have my business now and forever. You can also guarantee I will recommend you to EVERYONE.

We recently started using Chewy.com only a few months ago, Now we are hooked! Everything is convenient, hassle free and fast as far as shipping. Yesterday I made two separate orders 1.) For kittens (Litter, Treats and food) 2.) Our newest edition to our family (2 month old Shih Tzu Gizmo) toys, food and collar. Fast shipping it arrived today, However we encountered our first problem with chewy box was crushed on one side upon opening (kitten box) treats tub was cracked open and scattered all over the place (Safety seal was broken on it) and litter was not in the box. I called Chewy and received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE they reimbursed me $5 towards a temporary litter until our new shipment was sent out of the kitty litter. They are sending out kitty litter and a new box of treats (I told the gentleman that it was ok we could tape the treats bin back together) but he insisted on giving new treats, kitty litter (missing) and $5 credit on my card just to try to make it right with me!!! I was not upset at all I just wanted the kitty litter sent out. Chewy.com goes above and beyond for customers and fur babies, Extremely satisfied with them and their services! Thank-You chewy.com you are the best around for pet needs!!!

I have had animals my whole life. Chewy makes owning them so simple and easy,everything at the click of a button. My rambunctious hound dog destroyed an indestructible bed..well, she destroyed it,guess what chewy did? they did not tell me, sorry,,they refunded me all my money back!!!!! i cannot believe finally a company with integrity!!! thank you, chewy.com!! Wow! I am over the top impressed with this pet food company Chewy. Not only were they kind and understanding when they learned Fitz died they refunded me for the prescription food we had left and told us not to return but donate locally. Today I received beautiful flowers and heart felt card. I am a fan and loyal customer for life. I was so taken back I had to share. Hope this goes viral! What a way to treat a customer. Kudos to you Chewy and Tanadrian! ❤️ They are very competitive price wise but I would pay a bit more to receive this type of service and support a company that TRULY cares about pets and their owners. Refreshing in our society. I still miss my baby 3 weeks later but so nice to know people (strangers) care. This is who I will give all my business to! XOXO Chewy

Many of us see that Chewys.com drugged the little Golden Retriever puppy in your television commercial. I will never purchase your products. Shame on you. This is not acceptable and will share this with others.
