Overall I love chewy.com, but I am so disappointed in their unwillingness to price match. I’d prefer to get all my dog stuff from chewy.com but they don’t make that easy.

I'm a long-term pet owner, and have bought products from Chewy for probably close to a decade. They have always gone above and beyond. For instance, a couple of years ago, after letting them know I had received a case of cat food which had been damaged in shipment, and that one of the cans had been broken with the food having molded, they replaced not just one can, but the entire CASE. More recently, I had to have my beloved, 16-year old cat euthanized. I had just received an auto-ship from Chewy a couple of days earlier, which contained a case of her prescription food. When I contacted their customer service to see if I could return it to get a refund (her prescription food was pretty expensive, being over $56/case) I was told to just donate it to a local shelter, and that I would see a refund on my credit card within a few days. I thought that was wonderful. But this afternoon, I received FLOWERS from Chewy with a sympathy card on the loss of my kitty! I don't have words adequate to express how great Chewy has always been to me.

Excellent selection and fast delivery. When I needed to make a return, customer service replied quickly and told me to donate the item. Very impressed with this company and so are my dogs!

We have been ordering from Chewy for over a year now. I had to call to revise my order when we lost one of our Golden Retriever's"Jagger" a few weeks ago. They were so helpful and sympathetic to our loss. Today I received flowers from them. What a wonderful gesture that is. We are so moved by their help and compassion! What a wonderful company! Thank You Chewy!

We have been amazed at the excellent customer service from Chewy.com. One of our precious fur babies passed away recently and their show of sympathy was incredible. I'm still shocked by their expressions. Their shipping department does an excellent job also. The main reason we left the previous company we used was the poor quality of their shipments - cans would be busted and dented. This NEVER happens with Chewy.com shipments. Also, their shipments are promptly delivered. Their pharmacy is also excellent. I can't say enough good about this company. We will be Chewy.com customers as long as we have fur babies.

I have called and emailed to cancel the Frontaline Plus for my dog and it has never gotten canceled. I said that my Dog is allergic to what ever it is and they still took money out of my bank account and sent it . So I DO NOT WANT the yearly order.

I'm not sure what I would do without Chewy! And I certainly don't know what my VERY spoiled cat would do! Being disabled and not able to drive, it is such a worry off of my mind to have all of Hekitty's essentials delivered to my door. I've ordered almost every month for over a year now, and I can't get over how quickly my items arrive! It seems as if I turn off the computer and open the door for the delivery man, and my shipments are always packed securely and in good order.
