I have randomly ordered from chewy sometimes 1to 2 business days delivery applies and other times it takes a full week. Why advertise fast shopping when half the time it isn't. Probably wont be ordering anything else. Placed an order said it was in stock on Thursday and would gave by Friday at the latest Saturday. Hasnt even left warehouse yet and it is Friday. Now saying delivery will be Wednesday. Wow 1to 2 day shipping humm?

I had a recurrent shipment with Chewy and I had to recently cancel after my dog passed away. When I called I was still fresh with grief and the lady was very kind and understanding and helped me cancel my order. Three days later I received a vase of flowers with a condolence note. I was very touched that a multi-million Co. woild care so much even after I finished doing business with them. It's nice to know there is still kindness and humanity left. Thank you Chewy, it meant a great deal.

I never had to contact the company, but my orders always came on time and as described. I only wish they had a bit more variety.

Did you know Monday is not a business day?? I placed an order on Saturday, April 20.. chewy advertises they ship in 1-2 business days - so I thought I would have it by Tuesday, April 23. I did not receive it and called Chewy - they said that MONDAYS ARE NOT CONSIDERED BUSINESS DAYS FOR THEM AND THIER SHIPPER......Where does it say that on their website??? So now I am having to go out at 8 pm on Tuesday to get dog and cat food - I could have gotten this over the weekend if they just would have said on the website don't count Mondays as a business day like the rest of the world does....

Absolutely amazed! Just called chewy.com to try to return dog food that we think my dog is allergic to, was on the phone for maybe a minute and they refunded my order and said to donate the food to a local shelter! You don’t get many companies like that nowadays. I’m all about shopping local, but as a convenience factor... highly recommend shopping with them!

I began purchasing from Chewy.com about 60 days ago. My cat was diagnosed with kidney issues and my vet recommended the cat begin eating a food for cats with kidney issues. I began purchasing the recommended product from Chewy.com. The deliveries from Chewy were always fast and easy. The cats conditioned worsened over the next 60 days as expected. I had just purchased a case of product when my cat passed away. I contacted Chewy to take me off of the auto purchases I had set up. I explained that my cat had died. I received a very sympathetic and heartwarming email from Chewy. They also said they were refunding my purchase and recommended I donate the remaining food to a local animal shelter. I never asked for a refund. As if that was not enough, I then received a sympathetic flower arrangement from Chewy with a note regarding the loss of my cat. I am truly amazed at the remarkable customer service I received from Chewy. I cannot recall ANY company I have ever dealt with providing this type of amazing service. Chewy will now have a customer for life. They have displayed the ultimate in customer service. I can’t say enough positive things about how this company reacted to my personal situation. Just unbelievable in today’s day and age. Please don’t hesitate to utilize Chewy.com for your pet needs. They are deserving of a 5 star rating.

We recently lost our love one, a Weimaraner named Jett. We've been receiving his food through chewy for several years now and only have praises for their prompt service and great customer service. They went over and beyond their services especially once they found out about Jett. Flowers were sent to us and a special note which I'll keep on behalf of Jett. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts while we grieve through this difficult times. We'll be customers of Chewy for life!

Chewy is the best company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The return policy is great and so are most of the prices. My highest praise goes to the compsssionate staff. Any time I ordered medicine or specific IV solutions for my sick dog, they couldn’t be kinder or more patient. In fact, Chewy was the only place that I could buy these IV ringers from besides the Vet who was charging a fortune for the same thing. When I finally called Chewy the other night to let them know my dog had passed and I won’t be needing any more shipments, the girl was so kind and compassionate, as I was very emotional during the call, grieving my dog Teddy. To my utter amazement, when I got home from work last night I found a beautiful bouquet of flowers at my doorstep from Chewy. What a sweet gesture to send condolence flowers. I was crying like a baby. Just blows my mind how great this company is. Love you Chewy!
