I wish there were more than 5 stars to leave. I have been on auto ship for a year now. My pet food and supplies are always on time and in wonderful condition. I spend around $100 a month for a dog and 2 cats (not to mention the stray cats I feed daily). The prices are way better than the local stores and there is a larger variety. I had an issue with my latest shipment and Chewy took care of it in the best possible way. I spoke with a live person after the 2nd ring whom spoke english!!! I am an avid online shopper and I have never had better customer service. The best part is that I never have to struggle with heavy bags or boxes of litter. I bet my Fed Ex man gets his workout though. If you have any doubts abouts shopping with Chewy, let them melt away. They will take care of you and your fur babies. Bought a dog crate from them it arrived bent all causing assembly to take 3 hours then it was so badly bent my puppy knocked the.side wall off and got her paw stuck! I called Chewy.com to be told to tear it all part and mail it back before receiving a REPLACEMENT...Which is an inconvenience to myself and my family.....HORRIBLE GO BUY IT AT TRACTOR SUPPLY!

This is the 2nd time they forgotten to ship my seizure meds for my dog. He has violent cluster seizures and is on NEED TO BE heavy medication. When i spoke to the vet whom they were suppose to contact for authorization i was informed they never reached out to them. Then i expressed the urgency of the meds being on time; the supervisor-CHRIS- expressed his concern and said he'd expedite the meds. i never received an email stating the order was shipped along with the tracking number. So i called back... ONLY TO BE TOLD THE MEDS NEVER SHIPPED AND THE ORDER ISNT MARKED TO BE EXPEDITED. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT PART OF SEIZURE MEDICation is not understood.. and then.. LIE TO ME!!! I CANNOT DO BUSY WITH A DISHONEST COMPANY AND ID ENCOURAGE OTHERS NOT TO AS WELL. MY POOOR DOG!

I have been a customer before they started advertising so about 7 years. I always spend between $140/$250. Always receive damaged but they replaced. Sometimes even leaking cans. Now they will not. They sent wrong item and I have to send back than get correct item. Customer Service could care less. This is about convenience. It used to be now all has changed. I can guarantee that you will receive dented cans because they do not know how to pack items. I am so upset that they do not care about losing an excellent customer.

The site does not give accurate information on delivery times. My order came 3 days later then the site stated it would. Customer service response was call us to return it once it arrives. They didn’t care. I’ll stick other sites for accurate delivery.

FedEx lost my Chewy order. I notified Chewy of this just so that they were aware and they immediately sent out a replacement order to me at no charge. I am now a loyal Chewy.com customer for life. They know how to take care of their customers, even when the problem was not their fault whatsoever. What a breath of fresh air!

Purchased a electric pet door from chewy. Email and invoice state delivery by Monday. Received it 3 days after that. Door never worked.Pet Door can not be used in a building with wifi-it causes interference with the pet door!!. Returned item to chewy. Almost a month later chewy finally released refund-you have to call and continually demand the refund-you even when they received the product back and received full payment from credit card!! Stay away from chewy!!!!

I am giving 1 star because cant do 0 .. very poor customer service, I placed and order for +$250 to send overseas and be shipped to a cargo.company, they canceled the order "for security reasons" and never sent and email or contacted me. Called customer service department and both operators were very rude, the 1st didnt even identified himself or the company over the phone, that I wasnt even sure where I was calling, they made me feel like I was asking for the products for free!!! ... hope it wasnt because i have "an accent". They blocked the access to the account without any email or phone call.. this shippment was my 1st try and I am not impressed with their customer service, was expecting better. Again, they are very rude on the phone, was canceled and that's it, is what they basically said!!!! To reorder you need to wait, period! ... I placed the order in Target just a couple o dollars extra, they offer price match and have/take real coupons, and even if I have had to pay full price I still have a well deserved customer service, worth to pay a couple of dollars extra for at least fair or well deserved customer service.
