I hate writing bad reviews, and unfortunately if it wasn’t for the way they bill you it would be a 5 star review. I recently placed an order for over 900 dollars, I look on my bank account and they take it out twice.. when I call they tell me it’s because they bill you when you first place the order and then again when it ships... problem is that you won’t get that money back for two days and when you place a 900 dollar order and 1800 dollars gets withdrawn for your account for two days. That’s a big deal and a terrible way to do business. Unfortunately I will never order from them again

Chewys sucks, I am so tired of having to call if I place more then one order a day! If you don’t call your order will never get shipped! And sometimes I don’t even realize it until I place an order a few days later. Not only that several time bags ripped open, food all up in the box, boxes crushed, cans crushed. Suppose to be 1-2 days, barely ever get 1-2days, usually 3-4 days. Customer service good sometimes. Don’t know what all the hipe is about chewys, I get better service from target

Chewy.com is the gold standard for online businesses, in my opinion. The website is easy to use, I don't have issues moving my delivery dates for my subscriptions (or adding/ removing/ cancelling items), the prices are extremely competitive with additional discounts on subscriptions, and they always have what I need. My order ships promptly and arrives at the speed of lightening. I had to move my delivery date up a few days because I was running out of dog food; my order shipped same day and I got the food in time to not run out as I'd feared I might. My boss also uses chewy.com and has shared stories of the exceptional customer service she has received. I've never had an issue with an order or any of the items I've received but from the sounds of things, the folks at Chewy do what it takes to make things right if there ever are issues. Chewy is now my go-to for all of my dog's wants and needs.

I have used Chewy for several years for all my dog food for our two German Shepherds that both needed Royal Canin prescription diets. The prices were always so much cheaper and always had fast delivery. Sadly, both our dear dogs passed away within a month of each other. When Opal passed a few weeks ago I was left with a full up-opened bag of dry and 1/2 case of canned. When I called to ask about a return the very kind representative told me they would do a complete refund and to donate the food to a local shelter as a memorial to Opal. That was so kind and touching and meant so much. That is above and beyond. Thanks Chewy for the great service and generous kindness!

Chewy has been awesome. I've used Chewy for many years now to ship all my pets food, medication and supplies. If you have any problems, they contact you and work it out. They will reship for free if items are incorrect, damaged, etc. Recently I tried to fill an RX of Doxicycline at Walmart and was quoted over $1,000.00 for 280 tabs. Chewy has the SAME MEDICATION for $134.00. Their pharmacy is usually prompt. Recently, I encountered a 2 day delay, called them and they called my vet immediately, called me back to notify me and shipped 2 days later.
