Well first off it’s a shame how many people are lazy enough to not get their own dog food from a store. Second, the boxes are ALWAYS falling apart. The people at Chewy don’t give a crap about your order. The boxes are barely taped, if lucky there’s 1 strong solid strip across the top but that does nothing to keep the 50 lb + bags from falling right threw the bottom. Make your damn bags lighter or come up with a new method because everything about Chewy SUCKS

First of all my first order contained a large bag of dog food that was opened and tapped shut with packaging tape. My 3rd order they charged my credit card the price of my order. I wake up to another charge from chewy. So I call them and they tell me because some items come from a different warehouse, they too will charge your credit card the cost of the item coming from that warehouse but will credit it back within 3-10 business days. That is absolutely unacceptable! So you charge me for my order and then break down the order and charge me again and I have to wait 3-10 business days to get that money back? This is not how a good business conducts themselves! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCES!

I have never experienced a company and customer support like the Chewy.com company. They are second to none! It's 1:00am and I received an email that my box of dog food and treats were delivered the previous afternoon. I went outside with and the box was nowhere to be found. They usually leave it on my porch or the end of the ramp to the porch. I went and got my flashlight to see if it was left elsewhere and could not find it. I logged onto their website and was pleasantly surprised that they have 24/7 live customer service! I called and explained my situation. Within a few minutes, they completed the support ticket/issue and set up a replacement delivery! OMG!! This company is amazing!! I honestly cannot think of another company that exceeds service and customer support as the Chewy.com company does. Well Done Chewy! :-)

I love this company. I order all of my pet supplies here, and they deliver it right to my door. This might not sound like such a big deal, except for the fact that I live on the second floor of an apartment building. There's an elevator, but it was out from a month, and my stuff was still delivered, right outside my door. I've ordered things I didn't like, and I got an immediate refund. No questions. I love them, I love them, I love them.

I don't understand why and HOW the cans of dog food I get are all dented. The cans on the outter edge of the case I can maybe understand getting dented during shipping but how do the ones in the inside row get dented? This last case came and it lots like someone threw them against the wall before they were packed. There is one that has both sides caved in. Is the reason there prices are so low because they are selling seconds/damaged produces. I wish I could post pictures here to show these damaged cans.

I have been using chewy for two years and had some minor issues with broken containers, but it was always made right! I just ordered on 7/11/19, it was shipped the next day. When I tracked it today the 14th, it said it would not be here until the 16th. SO MUCH FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING! I called the company and they said that they don't deliver on Sunday or Monday's and told tough luck. So, now it's, Amazon here I come!

I used to use Chewy for all my pet food and supplies. However, I found buying my canned dog food from Chewy (Zignature brand) is now $3.19 per can and only $2.99 per can with a 10% case discount at my local pet food store. So it’s only about $2.70 per can. I love having it delivered but I would rather go buy a couple cases once a month and save money more than delivery convenience.
