UNBELIEVABLE!! The very best customer service. I had placed an order and one of the products was out of stock so they contacted me to let know. I let them know to just send two of the other flavor I ordered as it is the only product my two girls will eat. They took care of it and asked for a picture of my two girls. I sent them a picture and thanked them. End of story? NO WAY. I just received in the mail two hand painted portraits of my dogs from Chewy! Over years they have done all sorts of great customer services things for me, but this is way beyond anything I could ever even imagine.

Chewy.com has the BEST customer service of any company that I have EVER dealt with! It's truly amazing to me how they go above and beyond to satisfy customers. They stand behind their company like no other. Today I called about dented cans of cat food due to items moving around inside the box. The representative did not JUST APOLOGIZE, she took action, replacing the dented cans and forwarding the information to the warehouse so this should not happen again. THANK YOU CHEWY.COM! I LOVE YOU!

I love this place!! I have ordered so many times.easy site to place orders.They have catfood you can't find in stores.Arrives so fast!I placed my last order on earlyTuesday.It came on Wednesday.Sometimes takes one more day if it's a weekend.(which is still great!) My cats love playing in the box too!! Lol

My friend had to put her dog down in a couple days later she received a shipment from Chewy She called the company and explain the situation and they told her they would refund her for the dog food and to drop it off at a local shelter. We talked about how great the company was and understanding. She just posted on Facebook that Chewy sent her a beautiful flower arrangement What a wonderful thing this company did.

I absolutely love Chewy.com. I have made purchases with them in the past. I was looking for an item through my usual site, without success. I had forgotten all about Chewy. I looked up the item and was very pleased to see they not only had it, but that the price was less than I thought it would be. I added on a few more pet needs and received them in just a few days. I highly recommend Chewy.com.

I woke up this morning to two separate changess for two separate amounts. When I called I was informed they were just holding my money twice. My order was being filled from 2 different warehouses so each one was charging me (why the amounts were different they couldn't explain.), the warehouse that was sending me $5 bag of treats charged me over $50 as well as the warehouse that filled the rest of my order. I'm shopping on Amazon from now on where this type of criminal behavior isn't practiced

Chewy is beyond excellent. Their customer services is above and beyond. I can't explain how great they are you just have to try it for yourself. Any product that does not work out they ask for you to donate the product. I will continue to use them as they never disappoint.

All items are always delivered on time.
