If I could put zero stars I definitely would! They have terrible customer service. I had to live chat four times, email, and request a phone call, which I never received. After all of this I still did not get the assistance that I needed. I wanted to cancel and I had to settle for a no commitment plan. After the third live chat, the person said that they would get someone to help me and then the screen went blank. This is the equivalent of being hung up on. I am very dissatisfied and will not use this site for anything ever again!

Above and beyond. This is a great company. Always in stock. Delivers within a couple of days. Good prices and Amazing customer service.

I would give Chewy.com 20 stars if I could. We love the variety and quality of products they offer. They expedite orders, ship quickly so items are received quickly. They have a great return policy. Customer services is incredible. They are always friendly, efficient and have never failed to solve a problem. They are a model customer services company.

I always order my supplies from Chewy. I have never had an issue and today I received my Kitty litter and the bag was opened. Totally not Chewy's fault, but they replaced it with no problem! Now that is great customer service!

If I can give a zero I would. Worst customer service ever . I ordered medication for my pets over a week later nothing . The client service keep telling me up to the day I canceled the order it was delivered . Now I have to take my dogs back to vet Thank you chewy for extremely back service

I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Chewy. In most cases, everything arrived on time and just as expected. But, even when things have come up (like my pup not going for a particular food) they are AMAZING at handling. I'm impressed every time I contact their support. .

I "was" a customer for a few years...all of a sudden shipping has turned to dog-poo. It took them or FedEx 6 days to get an order 10 hrs away (drive time). I could have driven to Dallas and picked it up. Well, no more orders to Chewy. I will be ordering from Amazon from here forward. Bye bye Chewy, Petsmart & FedEx.
