I have a bought items over the years and gotten fast free shipping etc but recently I had to return a product and the service was exceptional. I will buy everything I can for my dog at chewy.com. In an age where customer service seems to have disappeared they stood out head and shoulders.

I ordered prescription cat food and forgot to upload the prescription. A customer service representative called within a few hours of placing my order to let me know it was missing. After I uploaded it, they called again to confirm it was received. Shipping was fast and I received the product 2 days later. I have also had to contact customer service to process a return for a cat food dispenser that was not working out. They immediately refunded me and instead of having to ship the product back, they asked that I donate to a furry friend or shelter. I love that they give back this way!

I think they are OK but their prices tend to be high, and I have had problems with their customer service people in the past. But, they seem to ship very fast so if you need it quick you will probably be satisified.

I ordered Fish mox (labeled "amoxicillin" on the company website), but the formula I received was amoxicillin trihydrate, which I don't want. I emailed Chewy and they refunded me the full amount, including shipping -- and didn't even need me to ship the product back! I will ALWAYS ORDER from CHEWY. (I had the same problem with Thomas Labs -- but they refused to take back my unopened product. NEVER SHOP at THOMAS LABS.)

As a loyal customer, I am quite dissatisfied with their pharmacy services and don't recommend others to utilize this "service". They don't even know what they offer on the website and will just cancel your order without using common sense. When I ordered my dogs ear medicine, there were 2 size options, 1x 15 ml bottle or 2x 15 ml bottles to give you 30 ml in total. When I ordered the 30 ml, they emailed me back after days of holding funds from my account and not sending my dogs meds that she needs, claiming they don't have 30 ml available but they do have 15 ml and then they just straight up canceled the order. Maybe it's a new staff member or something but they lacked serious common sense and customer service abilities the way they've been handling this order. Not only did all this happen, but they also over charged my account and took extra funds without any documentation or notice of such transaction. When I called customer service to report the error, the lady had no clue how to explain the situation and just kept telling me the funds would "drop off" in a few days, whatever what means. Seriously considering canceling all my future orders with this company after this experience. I am 100% dissatisfied with this entire process.

Excellent Customer Service, ordered product, next day 50 lbs of dog food delivered; pet supply store previously used stopped carrying brand used for past 13 years: located on Chewy.com.
