I setup an autoship with Chewy.com. First autoship was seamless. Second one never arrived. My pet ran out of meds. I had to call. The shipment was "stuck" because they forgot to list the vets approval on the order. It is very concerning that they don't have their act together. Someone should have noticed that the order had not gone out and was more than a week past the ship date. I will be looking for a new online pet supplier as my pet can't afford to miss meds as she has due to this issue.

I ordered a dog dematting comb. It arrived & I hated it. I left a review on Chewy.com on the product & the next day Chewy contacted me privately & apologized for my experience. They even offered me a refund & told me to give the comb to a shelter. I never asked for a refund. They offered it. I switched to chewy from Petco & I am so glad that I did!!

We have been Chewy customers for years and have never been disappointed! Only once, has there been a toy forgotten, and within minutes the customer service representatives had it overnight shipped for us! After communicating with a couple of different reps, and sharing pictures of our fur babies, all was well! A couple of weeks later, I received the sweetest card, and hand painted picture of my fur baby! It absolutely made my day!! Chewy employees and customer service for the win!

Chewy customer service is amazing, they are so caring and thoughtful. I had ordered some glucosamine tablets on Friday, my best bud of 12 years passed on Sunday. I emailed them Monday saying I wouldn't need the tablets, they responded in less than an hour, saying they would refund my money, and I should donate to a doggy in need. This Thursday I received a glass vase with white daisies and pink carnations and a note from Elizabeth at chewy.com It made me feel special, in what a tough week it has been without my best bud Rocky

i bet i have spent 3 thousand plus with chewy with little problem. well that changed tonight. tried to ordered around 15 cases of alpo wet dog food and with 6 dogs i really don't like to change up, but anyways i called to find out why all of the wet food i was trying to order was all out of stock and i thought to myself your a pet supplier company how do you run out?! so the nice young person told me just call back in a couple weeks and will check on it for you..... um ok he told me yeh warehouse let us know they were out so we ordered more?? so why did you wait till you were out??? i have given chewy a few chances but that was my last. i'll pay the extra i guess as long as i can have it when i need it. chewy you need to make some changes! never again will you get a dime out of me! amazon or walmart.. to tell a customer give us a shout in a couple weeks! really!! absolute joke chewy!

I would like to thank Chewy for going above and beyond for my mom and her kitty Joey. Joey was on a specialized diet for kidney and liver problems. Sadly, Joey crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Tuesday, October 22, 2019. Later the same day, his special food was delivered as previously scheduled. Chewy refunded the purchase and did not ask for the product to be returned; she can now donate the special food to other special kitties at a shelter or veterinarian of her choosing. But wait - There's more! Today, my mom received a beautiful bouquet of flowers in honor of Joey. I would like to thank Chewy and their employees for the kindness and compassion extended to my mom. Thank you for caring for your customers in such a generous way.

I rarely ever write reviews but I just have to for Chewy. I have been ordering from Chewy for the past two years and have them on autoship every month for dog food and treats. Hands down the best customer service ever. If I ever had any issues with anything, they ALWAYS fix it and are so nice about it. A dog costume I bought didn’t fit right and I wanted to exchange it for a different size. I called so I can return the one I got and they told me to donate it to a shelter and they’ll order me a new one for free. The one I wanted didn’t come in a bigger size so the guy stayed on the phone with me for 5 more minutes looking through the site to help me choose something else I might like instead. He was funny and nice! A package I ordered said it was delivered by Fedex and we never received it. I called Chewy in a panic and they said it was no problem, they’ll send me out a new one (at no cost to me) as soon as possible. Couldn’t get any better. Thanks Chewy.

I don't think I have ever had such a great customer service experience on the phone.
