Lose packages and they deliver packages to wrong homes.

Not to sure what is going on with Chewy I have been a customer for several years with no problems but my last order was a complete disaster first of all it was a week late and when it arrived the box was crushed and bird food was opened and all over the box I could only use half of the food .very disappointed and if things dont in prove I will be moving on.

I live in Colorado. I made two previous orders through chewy that showed up on time and on location. My third order was made nearly a month ago and has since been shipped but it keeps going back and fourth to the state of Illinois!? Like three times now. They then claimed my address was wrong despite receiving the two previous packages. Then they claimed I was never home to receive them. I have cameras at home and they lied. Luckily I got my refund. I will go to the end of the earth and back for my animal care. I don’t trust chewy and I certainly won’t be recommending them to my family, friends or neighbors. Chewy is best suited for people who live in major cities. Not the country. Bye chewy! Hopefully no animals are harmed or starved through your crap service.

VERY VERY SLOW!, Not buying from them again, as 99% of the stuff is cheaper at my local grocery stores. It took them 5 days just to fill my order. Forget their 1-2 shipping that they claim. It took 6 days from when they finally shipped order until it arrived. And 4 of the the 9 items ordered were wrong.

I had recently made a dog food order at Chewy.com. I had a problem with my credit card so I called customer service. They fixed my problem in 5 minutes and the customer service was so EXCEPTIONAL.. I believe Chewy has the best Customer Service I have ever dealt with.. I wish that every company could follow suit with their customer service.. Then my package was too be delivered on Wednesday and holiday delays made it not arrive until Friday.. I called Customer Service on Wednesday asking if they knew about my package. I waited home all day for it.. They apologized for the delay in delivery and also gave me a $10 credit for inconvenience.. That Really wasn't necessary because things in life happen, but how kind and understanding of my situation.. They said please use this to get food until your package arrives.. The prices are so reasonable and free delivery to your door, well what else can I say.. AMAZING! I'LL KEEP SHOPPING THERE FOR MY FUR FAMILY!! THANKS & HAPPY HOLIDAYS, CHEWY...

Hi. I am an auto ship customer of Chewy and occasionally purchase other items online and by phone. Today (Sunday Dec 8,2019) I was having difficulty with an order online putting a new credit card on my account. I was getting a bit grumpy. I called Chewy and was very lucky to get Sheila to help me! I had a grumpy old lady attitude, but Sheila was so wonderfully reassuring patient, courteous, helpful, and efficient that my concern over my credit card info and placing my order just disappeared! While giving Sheila my new card info, I figured out what I had done wrong and why I hadn’t been able to enter my new card. Sheila is an excellent customer service representative! I don't drive and live very rural. I thought I would try ordering from chewy and some things were a couple dollars cheaper let alone I thought it would be nice to have it brought to the door. However, it will be almost 2 weeks by the time I receive my order! I think that's rediculous. Definately won't order again.

Great quality, affordable prices, and a speedy delivery. Very happy dog here lol
