In the past this would have been five stars but that was the past! I’ve used Chewy for a couple of years and they were unbelievably great! Lately my one to two day order deliveries have slipped to first four days and now six, if I actually receive it with the latest changed delivery date! Placed my order Wednesday, it showed shipped Wednesday with a delivery of Friday! No show! Updated to Saturday! No show! It now shows Tuesday? I called customer service and they said Saturday, Saturday has now turned into Tuesday and this was not a bulky order! Very disappointed! Prices have also increased to the point that Walmart is more competitive on several of the items!

Chewy is the best ever!!! I don’t know how the heck they do it lol. Shipping is fast price is super affordable! They’ve got me for life!! I love chewy!

I ordered from chewy.com and they keep telling me its coming today and today never comes i have emailed them and requested a refund very disappointed!!!!!

Service has declined! I have had great service in the past. My recent order, Monday at 5am, has still not been delivered on Friday! The order is being shipped from across town, not out of State. The customer service has definitely declined over the past few months!!!!!! I canceled my order. Could have picked my items up at a store, however I kept getting notices that it would be delivered by the end of the day. I’m beside myself with displeasure!!!!

I used to LOVE Chewy and have been a loyal customer for years. Recently however, customer service has slipped. I did not receive my last three packages within the 1-2 days window within which they previously reliably arrived. When contacting customer service, I was offered a percentage off of my order to compensate for the inconvenience and the fact I had to go buy my needed item at another pet store-- costing me time and money. The second and third time I was offered nothing but a consolation and told the 1-2 day delivery isn't guaranteed. Fine, but in the past it was, and I will no longer be ordering items that I need with 2 days. Also beware of autoship. My dog's $100 a bag Rx food is on autoship with Chewy. I moved back the date of his next shipment as I didn't need the food yet. Despite having changed the date, a few days later I received notification that my order had shipped. Which is annoying because I had requested it be shipped later. While they were willing to return the food, I was being asked to print a label and drive it to a nearby postal service to be sent back---when this wasn't my mistake? Customer service claimed it was. I am offering 3 stars because in the past I have received excellent customer service and timely shipping. Just be sure if your dog needs Rx food like mine, to order it early enough to build in a margin of error for 1-4 days of waiting to receive your order.

I recently purchased two flexi leads from Chewy. When they arrived one of the leads did not work properly. I called Chewy and they shipped me a replacement, which I received the next day. No hassle, no fuss, no arguments. Chewy has outstanding customer service.

Never had an issue until recently. It wasn't even Chewy's fault, but they resolved it quickly and more than made up for it. Fed Ex showed they'd delivered our pet food when they hadn't. Fed Ex eventually did deliver it, but in the meantime, Chewy shipped a replacement order, and provided a credit. Fantastic company with great customer service!

Recently, our beautiful orange tabby named Tarzan became sick and the vet prescribed ad urgent care for us to feed him to try and nurse him back to health. We placed the order with Chewy but unfortunately before we could start using it our precious boy passed away. My daughter called and informed Nicholas at Chewy what occurred and he proceeded to refund our $68.00 and told us to offer the food to a shelter or someone who would need it for their pet, That was so kind of them to do that and as if that was not enough last night we came home to a bouquet of flowers and a beautiful sympathy message from Chewy. My family and I are very impressed with Chewy's level of compassion, customer service and care. What a nice surprise during this difficult time for our family. The Maranon Family
