The wife orders 200 -300 hundred dollars of cat food a month and it gets delivered and thrown in the snow to freeze....nope won't order any more. We don't get our order when we should. So in the beginning it was great then it gos down hill fast so buyer be where.....

I’m not sure what’s going on but prices have skyrocketed on the sight and most of the stuff that I’ve been trying to get is sold out. I’m very disappointed. I take care of colonies and I can’t afford the food anymore.

What has happened to Chewy.com? I have used them for monthly autoship from their beginning. Orders were always fast, efficient and arrive in 1-2 days and customer service was excellent if there every was a problem. The latest orders are taking 5+days and the Milos dog treats are now hard and "stale" instead of fresh and chewy, products have been out of. stock etc. Last chance for Chewy....will find another competitor if this is how it's going to be now Petsmart owns them. They are seriously dragging Chewy down. So sad

I used to like Chewy, prompt delivery, good customer service. But the last couple months, things went bad. Last autoship was a day late, no big deal. This time, they also said it would arrive a bit late, but when I checked tracking, it said another week! I get that things might run late because of the holiday, but this didn't happen last year. I live in Montana and they have always shipped from their Texas warehouse. The last two have shipped from Ohio. The one I am waiting on was sent from Ohio to Kentucky to Minnesota to Montana. No wonder it's late!🤦 I cancelled all of my autoships and they haven't even bothered to ask why. I guess they don't care how many customers they lose.

Fantastic delivery. I order things after hours on Friday and receive it on Monday.(Nevada to Seattle) Other vendors would not even start processing such an order until Monday.

I have no issues with chewy.com's products or pricing. My issue is with choosing to ship with OnTrac. OnTrac delivers until midnight. Are you crazy!??? I shop online, a lot. Never had a package stolen. But never had packages delivered in the middle of the night either. OnTrac delivered a package at 11:14pm. When I got up at 4:30am.... no package. Surprised? Not at all. We live in a "Good" neighborhood. At 1am there are creepy-crawly people checking things out. Live on the 3rd floor of an apartment. With security running around all night. You cannot expect to be able to deliver in the middle of the night, when people are asleep, and not have problems. Everywhere. Chewy replaced the package. I had it shipped to work where late night delivery isn't an option. Dumb, avoidable situation. Very annoying to have to call chewy and OnTrac. And my order now arrived 3 days later.

So I bought a leather dog collar from chewy. It's to big so I call for return instructions and the rep said to me " we don't really have any return instructions just donate it to your local shelter and we will refund your money" Wow! That's unheard of! Great coustomer service! Thank you chewy and that's exactly what I'm going to do with the collar.

I have been a Chewy customer now for over two years, with deliveries at least twice a month. My orders come ontime, they have ALWAYS been correct, and in the rare cases I needed to call, it was actually ANSWERED by a PERSON! And my issue was resolved immediately. Shipping is free with a $50 purchase, and it's not that slow shipping, it's usually next-day, two-day at most. I wish all online companies were as reliable and responsive as they are.
