Chewy's customer service is above and beyond any other digital seller I have done business with (and I am an avid digital shopper with a multi-pet household). While I am able to find anything I need for my pets on their site and shipping is quick - those things are often available at other vendors. But Chewy's pharmacy shines above any other which makes this company my go-to for my pets. Recently I had two orders (one prescription for my senior arthritic dog and some supplies for a cat). There were two orders. both delivered the same day - and both disappeared from my front porch before I was able to get home that day. Chewy understood the urgency of my dog's meds and in the midst of the Christmas season, was able to rush a replacement out to me. On top of that, I got one of the most kind, sincere phone calls from the pharmacist, letting me know the package was on the way and that he was so sorry that we were going through this. I felt like Chewy treated my dog as if she were theirs. And my pup is not suffering in pain because they cared. I would give them six stars if I could!

I have used Chewy's auto ship for approximately 2 years. Always extremely happy with what I receive and I always get the order very quickly. I just had to write this review because I had just had an auto ship go out from Chewy. The day after the auto ship went out, our sweet Molly passed away unexpectedly. She was only 8 years old. She had some medical issues that we thought were under control. It was extremely hard on our family to lose her so quickly and right before Christmas. I contacted Chewy to see if I could return the treats and supplies I had just had auto shipped out. They told me that they would refund my money and to donate the treats and supplies to a shelter in Molly's name. Made me cry, such a nice gesture from a company that seems to truly care about their customers and the animals they provide supplies to. Thank you Chewy for being so thoughtful during a very sad time for our family.

Made an online purchase on 12/17 with a 1-2 day promise of delivery. Tracking states it will be at least 7 days. I have been ordering for quite some time and have never been pleased with their delivery time but this is the last time. Customer service did not care or offer a valid explanation other that they have too many orders. Ok, so now you’ll have one less in the future.

Definitely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Chewy.com! Always ship within reasonable times, great selection of items and the only issue i had which wasn't a big deal (treats got crushed) they sent out new treats for free and said to donate crushed pkgs. Awesome customer service and we even received a christmas card from them. Never shopping anywhere else!

Chewy.com is no longer the same company as when it was owned by Ryan Cohen & Michael Day! Have been a customer since they started business but prices have skyrocketed especially in certain categories like Greenie treats and cat litter for example. Other sites now offer better promotions in many categories. I have continued multiple auto shipments but the latest experience was very confusing and so unlike what it used to be. I had ordered multiple items prior to Black Friday which ironically had better prices than they had on Black Friday or Cyber Monday! Then I received an email that an auto shipment was being prepared to ship with the same items I had just purchased only a few weeks earlier. I called to cancel and was told by the Chewy representative not to worry, the order would be canceled and my credit refunded. The next day I get an email that states it shipped anyway. I called Chewy back and was told I could keep this shipment and still be refunded. Then the day I was to receive it, got another email saying it was being returned back to Chewy and when I checked my credit card, instead of any pending charges dropping off, the charge posted and no refund either. I have no idea what to belief if/when I talk to the next Chewy representative as NOTHING that I had been told by each representative was accurate or carried out. This is NOT a way to gain people’s trust or loyalty.

Loved Chewys in the beginning for the convenience and the price but when they screw up the customer service is awful. When I moved, I changed my address with them so that my automatic shipments would continue correctly. Of course that didn’t happen and they sent it to the previous address. Call them to tell them and make sure it’s corrected and have them ship it again. No such luck. Shipped to wrong address again. Call them again because my dog is on prescription dog food. They suggested I go out and buy it from somewhere to hold me over until they can fix their issue. Thanks for the I’m sorry, it’s our fault, sorry for the inconvenience, how can we make this right and keep you as a loyal customer. Don’t expect that cause you won’t get it. Goodbye Chewys!

Shipping is always super fast! Fantastic customer service! FedEx had lost a shipment of my pup's food during the busy holiday season. When I reached out to Chewy they immediately ordered another. They made sure my pup still had food to last her during that time. (She is on a special diet due to allergies). Thank you Chewy!

We decided to order from Chewy because we had a coupon, but now I wish we had bought from a local store. They promise 1-2 day shipping, and while I figured with the holidays that wouldn't be possible, I didn't realize how bad their shipping really was. I ordered last Friday, before 9am, and on their wetbsite, Chewy said the packages had been shipped. The first one didn't leave Arizona for 3 days, and now, 7 days later, when it was supposed to arrive, I get an email saying it will be delayed AGAIN. So it went from 4 day shipping to 8. The other package wasn't received by Fed-Ex until the next day after it was supposedly shipped, after I sent an email to check on it. That one arrived after 5 days. I wouldn't be so upset, but we had ordered gifts for people, and we are seeing them tonight, so now we have to go spend more money. All customer service had to say was higher than normal shipping volume and weather, and sent me a return label, after informing me they would start the return process after it got back to the facility it left from. So another 8 days in transit and then a week for the refund. We are just keeping the treats, but I don't recommend anyone deal with them.
