I ordered Hills Biome for my sick cat. I opened the bag and it is packed in one big box with kitty litter and the Hills dry cT food is ripped and puncture and most of the dry food is mixed in the box w kitty litter. They have always screw up my orders.

We have used Chewy for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. We have a dog with severe allergies and have had to troubleshoot foods that she can both tolerate and will eat. Chewy has been great about allowing us to either return items or donate them to a shelter with a full refund. I appreciate this more than I can say.

I recently dealt with Chewy pharmacy for emergency compound meds for my elderly dog. The person that answered the phone spoke AND understood English! they actually listened to my dilemma and came up with a timely solution without passing me from person to person. I am very grateful for their courteous and efficient service.

There's a reason your stars are low, kids: You aren't with the times. For the leading A-tier mail-order pet pharma, you need to catch up past the 20th Century. Chatted with Alisha today. Ready to check out for Famotidine 4mg for my cat; and, join Chewy+ to boot. My vet is the chosen kind they will not work with electronically. So, I ask if we can email the physical scrip. They refused, which is 5+ days mail time. A ridiculous policy for a company both in the 21st Century; and, DOING WEB SALES...on the INTERNET. You are INTERNET BASED, so ACT LIKE IT! Go back to your cat toys, children. It's what you are good at, apparently. If you act like a child, you get spanked like one with reviews.

I'm obsessed with Chewy. Everything always arrives fast, the prices are great, and their customer service is genuinely the best I’ve ever experienced. I'm honestIy shocked that they don't have a higher rating here on Trust Pilot. I will never buy anything for my dog from anywhere else

I feel like Chewy plays delivery games. I received 3 emails indicating that my order was being delivered for 3 days straight. I received nothing. Today I received the same email and decided to call and confirm the delivery, and that's when I learned that my delivery was delivered to the wrong address. Heather could not tell me how did they get the wrong address (different town). She advised that I call Fed Ex and get it rectified. Really? Mind you this is my first order with Chewy. That was not my problem to fix. After, telling her that it was not my problem, she decided to re-order and send out another shipment to be delivered in 2-3 days. We'll see how that plays out. There was another customer with the same delivery issue. I believe him. I believe this is a ploy when they run out of merchandise, they play this bs delivery game.

I used to enjoy the Chewy company, but if this problem happens again I may have to find another company. My orders have been delivered to the wrong address three times this month. It happened again today. I am a little annoyed at Chewy and FedEx.I have to put out extra money to buy the cat foods need now.
