I love that I can call and get a real person on the phone who can communicate in a way that I can understand, and I get a live person. I love that they stand behind their products when there is a problem. I also love the excellent deals that I get. What I hate is that they cram so much into the boxes and make them so heavy that my items get damaged inside the boxes and I can barely get them into my house. This is a recurring issue with me, and I have had to call to get credit several times due to dented, sometimes to the point of being opened, cans, broken spray bottles of cleaner or chicken wound care, or puncture bags of kitty litter. It wastes time and resources. Just pack them smaller and use packing material other than one thin piece of paper. Every once in a while, there will be a cardboard cushion type thing but that’s not frequent and not helpful. If that was not an issue I would give five stars.

I made 2 mistakes on my order to Chewy recently. I was disappointed in myself when I received my package and decided to return 2 items. I contacted them on their Chat and got an immediate response from their customer service. They credited my mistake amount back to me and asked me to donate the items to a local shelter. Very impressive! Thanks again!

I have purchased 2 different brands of joint supplements and 4 waterproof furry throw blankets for my couch, and my pets love it all. I also bought a waterproof cover for the backseat of my VW and it’s great. Website is easy to navigate, products are excellent quality, shipping is fast, and the sales are fantastic. Black Friday sales give you 40% most products.

Chewy warehouse lied about received returns, and refused to refund. It happened to 3 of the 4 returned packages. Do NOT buy anything from Chewy. They LIE.

Do not buy giftcards from Chewy.com I purchased four $50 giftcards to give out as gifts. They only sent three, so I had to call twice about the fourth. After the second call my account was locked. I called again and was told they couldnt unlock my account, and because of that they also couldn't return the $200 they charged me. I can't check to see if the three giftcards they did send are still valid. You must sign in to Chewy to check the balance, which I cant do.

I purchased a Dakota 283 XL size kennel for my large male German Shepherd puppy. Instead of the crate helping him to calm down, it made him highly agitated. I noticed that, due his increase in anxiety, he started chewing the inside of the crate. I called Chewy and they arranged for Fed-Ex to pick up the crate. Two days later I received a full refund to my credit card. The Chewy rep was also great at helping me locate a more appropriate crate and shipping it to me quickly
