I just recently signed up for auto shipments of cat and dog food. I misunderstood the first shipment date and ended up placing two orders to make sure I got food for my fur babies. They questioned this order and called me to verify it's what I wanted. I told them yes I did place two orders. They explained an order was shipping, told me when the next shipment date was and we decided the second order wasn't necessary. They saved me over $100.00 by taking the time to explain to me about shipments. Good job and thank you!! I received my first shipments already and everything was perfect. (The FedEx man was a little scared to drop of the shipment because of my two dogs and apparently he had just gotten bitten the day before by another dog.) Now he has met my dogs and is more comfortable for monthly shipments:) So glad I no longer have to go out of my way to get my pets monthly supply anymore. Convenient!!

Chewy used to receive glowing reviews From me and I only had a couple issues over the years but they always made it right.I use frozen raw for my 3 dogs and they haven’t been able to get it to me in the 48 hour window Latelyand it comes To me starting to defrost. Have to throw out! They reship Fedex doesn’t leave it and it goes to there center overnight and comes to me partially defrosted. I had to throw out. All this time I am going back and forward to local shop cause now it is going on 2 weeks and I need to feed my dogs. Third shipment comes and it is OK. Then decided next shipment I would wait at the house and Fedex says it’s out for delivery. No delivery again spoiled raw food and mad dash to pet store locally. So I changed from raw to can and dehydrated food cause I love Chewy and have been pleased. Now they are out of all 4 of my rotational foods and have to buy local again. Gave them last chance with order and ordered the can and dehydrated again. Every can of the case was dented and bubbling under water all had to be thrown out. The dehydrated was packed with cans on top and was torn and all over the box so called Chewy to get credit and they actually asked for pictures this time. They can’t get it right so now I am scamming them BS but I sent the pictures and got my money back. Insulting though and deleted my account. I am spending all my time dashing to local store anyway. It use to be great now pathetic. I think it is nice to send cards and flowers when a baby passes but how about feeding the living!!!!

Chewy.com is an amazingly thoughtful company. My orders always come on time. And their site is very easy to use. Before Christmas I got a hand-painted canvas picture of my 15 year old diabetic George. This picture will be with me for a lifetime. Thank you chewy.com ❤️

So thoughtful of Chewy to send flowers and condolences after my dog died just before Christmas.

Generally my orders are ok, but my last couple of orders had a couple of problems. In 1 order I had ordered 2 packages of kitty litter, and because it’s so heavy the box was very damaged by the time I got it. My last order had a plastic container of Temptations in it with 2 big bags of cat food, and the weight of the bags broke the container and all of the treats were in the bottom of the box.

I absolutely love this place! I shop here every month for my Fur baby Cody ( My Cat). They are so nice to you and if you are not happy with your purchase they will tell you that you can either give it to charity or a friend that might need it!♡♡And then they say don't worry we will also give you your refund for the purchase to. I am always surprised to hear that. My cat loves the toys I buy from their store and the treats to. I recommend this place for everyone who has pets of any kind!♡♡☆☆☆☆☆..

Chewy has been the very best online company I have ever seen! I love these people! I have never had a single issue with them and they are so kind and helpful when I do call. I had a shipment delivered once and Fed Ex left it on the road by our mailbox. But we had a huge snow and it covered it up. Fed Ex said they delivered it, but we couldn't find it. Chewy immediately sent a replacement bag. Later, when the snow finally melted off, we found that bag. I called and offered to pay for the bag they sent and they said it's no problem wouldn't take my money for it. They sent me a nice card when my lab passed a couple of years ago and they send us Christmas cards. They've also sent us oil paintings of our dogs which I loved! Totally unexpected! Wonderful and awesome company and people! Oh, and I want to add that I have been a customer of theirs for several years now and their service is as good or better than ever. Not their fault if Fed Ex messes up. I am editing this Dec 13th 2021 to add, I stand by this review! Regardless of people slamming them about being slow, etc, they are the very best! My orders from them aren't slow. Love this company and I will stick with them!

Recieved a nice gift shipment at Christmas for my two Finch birds from family member, but unfortunately the items were all way to big for my 2 small birds . I called Chewy and told them original package of items ( 4) all unopened with tags attached and I gave them order number from packing slip. The looked up order and said no exchanges or credit! The only way they would do a return was with person who bought items. I explained I did not want the person to know I was exchanging. They didn't care and would not help me at all. I never asked for money, just exchange. When I asked for a supervisor, the rep said wouldn't matter, that was their policy. I will never order from this company for their lack of customer care. I'm also alerting others to shop elsewhere also.
