I never write reviews, but I just got off the phone with the Chewie.com customer rep and they were fantastic. It’s so nice to deal with real people who are personable and helpful. I had a complicated return and they were able to process it after they looked at my account history and it was clear that I was not someone looking to abuse the return policy. Moreover, it was lovely chatting with the reps who shared their stories about their fur babies and listen to mine all while they worked on the customer service issue. Actually got off a call feeling better than when I called in and it gave me a boost for my day. How often can you say that? Thank you chewy, keep doing what you’re doing and keep your amazing customer service culture.

Chewy is awesome !! They stand by their products and their customer satisfaction. I live in the mountains so the convenience of ordering online and getting free delivery is great. I can find all my pets needs from medication, toys, treats and food. I have 4 dogs, cats, fish and horses. I just ordered a winter coat for my dog which was too tight on my dogs neck. Their return policy is amazing so is their customer service. They immediately sent me a larger coat and said I could donate the one that didn’t fit to a dog shelter!!! They know all my pets and have sent them birthday cards, Christmas cards and even a sympathy card when one of my dogs passed away. I highly recommend Chewy for all your pets needs. I have no other words besides THE BEST- WONDERFUL COMPANY. From easy website and auto ships that you can easily mange, change, delay and always with a warning before shipping -to calling your vet to send your dogs prescription to them (how annoying is that and they do it for you!!?!) . Great prices and the best costumer service that I have ever seen. They sent me an personal email when my dog passed and also flowers to my home. How can someone not consider this company? I’m spreading the word about Chewy while I’m not ready to have another pet. I haven’t seen a company like them here in USA before. Bidu was also thankful for all the boxes he got when he was here. Thank you from all of us!!! We really appreciate it.

Chewys autoship program is a joke! I had placed an order that happened to be on sale, to be shipped on Jan 11th. When I hadn’t received it by the 13th, I decided to give them a call. They informed me that an item I had ordered was on back order and that they were holding the entire order until all items were available. I informed him that you need to let someone know by email as I was about to fun out of food. He then offered to send the order immediately but without honoring the sale price from my original order. This place is a joke and I will never order from them again! Be careful if you auto ship as you may not receive your items when you are expecting them.

Chewy is awesome. Autoship makes pet owning easy! They send my fur baby birthday cards every year; which I think is soo thoughtful!

Amazing customer service. I called them and immediately a live person answered! My order wasn't received, so they said, "No problem, we'll reship it immediately" Can't get any better than that!

I will not shop Chewy again. I made a purchase and put it on my credit card. I purchased 4 items. Apparently one of the items shipped from another facility and that one item was AGAIN applied to my card. When i called and questioned this I was told it would "fall off" once item was shipped (which it was in a day or two) because it was fulfilled by another facility. I was not informed that this would happen. I would have cancelled that item. Now I have to keep checking to make sure it will "fall off". This makes NO sense and the consumer should be made aware of this and given the choice. Yes, this is a big deal to me. Done with Chewy!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size collar for my boxer mix, and customer service rep Zachary was amazing! He made sure i ended the phone call with the new collar on the way and a refund for the other one, even without returning it! I can’t speak highly enough about their customer service
