I placed an order just a couple days ago. The package came in a few hours ago with everything I ordered. You can't beat that kind of service! I will be ordering a lot from chewy from now on!

We lost our dog unexpectedly and Chewy was amazing when I called to cancel her prescription. They refunded our money for an unopened box of her meds and just took great care of us in this hard time. They have also rush delivered dog food when UPS lost our orginal box, free of charge. Forever a chewy.com costumer!

Recently I purchased Pet Gear Pet Step and Pet Gear Easy Step II Pet Stair because my precious Missi could no longer jump onto the sofa or bed. The Easy Step II worked the best. Two weeks later Missi passed away. When I called Chewy's, Ben was compassionate and informed me that Chewy's would credit my account and I could donate the steps to a charity. Thank you Chewy's for hiring compassionate staff. Debbie

I always get my items within a day or two. They're cheap and their customer service is always excellent. I love how they send birthday cards and holiday cards!

The best company I've ever had the pleasure of repeatedly doing business with. Their customer service is second to none, and it's nice to know that someone still believes that the customer is always right. They've exceeded every expectation I had about an online pet supply company, & I recommend them to everyone with furry, finned, or feathered family members..also slithery and scaled ones too!

I never ever do reviews, however this company deserves to have a five star rating and review!!! This company’s customer service is off the charts and people need to know this. Our fur baby passed away on January 6th, she was 15 yrs and woke us up that morning having a seizure, which she’s never had before and we raced her to the emergency vet clinic unfortunately she didn’t make it, we are just heart broken. We had recently purchased her food and several other items from Chewy.com and had also set up auto-ship so I emailed to see how to discontinue the auto ship and if we could return her food we received as it was unopened. Andrew with Chewy.com was amazing and very sympathetic, he stated we will get that auto-ship stopped and just donate that food and other items to the shelter of your choice in your fur baby’s name and we are going to credit your account for your full recent order. I explained I didn’t expect that at all and he said it our pleasure as we understand what you have gone through and it’s the least we can do. The compassion and generosity of this company is unmatchable. As if that was not enough, I walked into my home tonight after a long day at work and there was a FTD Floral package addressed to me, I opened it up and I am just shocked, there was a beautiful bouquet of Tulips along with such amazing note from Chewy. Com . I’m telling you, if you have never used this company, you are missing out, they are truly amazing. I will definitely be telling everyone my story and referring this company to anyone and everyone that I know that has fur babies/animals. Thank you Chewy.com, y’all are truly top notch!

Unprofessional company after so many attempts to. have a package delivered in two business days I gave up false advertising they do NOT deliver in two days not only that the packages are ripped and filled with ants this happened a few months back I got bitten by ants when trying to open the box there were holes in the boxes. When I called to cancel the autoshipment they charged me and cancelled the order is this tip off or what now I have to go sue them for charging my card and not refunding money. Pet lovers be aware chewy is a terrible place to shop for your pets I would NEVER recommend or shop with them again!
