I always keep an unopened bag of dog food on hand, just in case we run out and can’t get to the store. Unfortunately, the newest member of our family doesn’t tolerate the food too well so I had to change brands. Chewy not only graciously refunded me for the bag of food, but also asked me to donate it rather than bother with shipping if back. Then when I ordered the new food, it arrived less than 12 hours after ordering it. Chewy is an amazing company and knows how to treat its customers right!

We had to euthanize our beloved dog on 1/19. Contacted Chewy about 2 new bags of food we recently ordered- the customer service rep, Crisanta, was very nice offered to refund what we spent. We donated that food to a local shelter. When I got home today there was a vase of flowers w/a card reading "so sorry for your loss of Jackson and our hearts go out to you. We know this is tough and we are always here if you need anything." How thoughtful from a big company- I will tell all my friends to order their dog food from Chewy and I know, at some point, we will have another furry friend. Thanks for caring. Christi Harman

My little fur ball loves it whenever a chewy box is delivered to our front door. I have taken pictures of her in the box loves her treats. Delivery is always fast and if you need to return an item customer service gets a 5 star rating so very kind and helpful always. From a very please customer for 4 years!

We lost our pet last week. I notified Chewy’s that we still had a case of food unused and wondered if it could be returned. Chewy’s did better than that...they not only refunded our money and suggested that we donate the food to a shelter (which we did) but also sent a bouquet of flowers and a sympathy card. I have never experienced such service from any company! I am recommending them to all our friends.

This is an extraordinary company! Chewy processed two large orders of cat food several months ago. Sadly both of my 14 year old cats passed away within 6 months of each other and I was left with a significant inventory of food. Not only did Chewy refund both orders completely, they instructed me to donate the several cases I had left to our local animal shelter. But their kindness didn’t stop there. Amazingly, they sent a beautiful Floral arrangement with a wonderful, handwritten and signed sympathy card...and it didn’t stop there. This past December, we received a warm and thoughtful Merry Christmas card to our Family including our remaining Maddie, our yellow Lab - handwritten, hand addressed. You just cannot get any better than this and their service, selection, and prices are all just as amazing as the kind and compassionate folks that make up the Chewy Family! Chewy quite simply, is a customer service-oriented company to which all companies should aspire!

Chewy.com is the best company for pets. They did a wonderful fast friendly transaction with my little dogs meds. Soon after my dog unexpectedly passed away. Chewy (Alexis) sent me flowers and a beautiful sympathy card.

I have never seen a customer service department as good as the one at Chewy. They answer the phone quick, they resolve any issues immediately, can you just couldn’t ask for more. They are awesome.

Absolutely speechless! I had just ordered a case of senior dog meat and a 40lb bag of food. Unfortunately, I had to put my beloved companion down which is still devastating to me. I called Chewy and wanted to know if I could return the product. The gal I chatted with was so compassionate with me. In a world of chaos and hate it was refreshing to see people that there are still good people out there. She offered words of hope to me, and then told me she would credit the entire order and to bring the unused dog supplies to a local shelter and donate in my dog's name. Okay, so tears are pouring down my face at this time. A couple days later I had to leave to go out of town on business, still trying to deal with the loss of my best friend and I get a notice from a floral company telling me they have a delivery. Of course I had no idea of who would be sending me flowers, nor did I want flowers showing up at home only to be questioned why I was receiving them. I called back the florist who was trying to track down the sender. An hour later the florist called and said it looks like the card says chewy. Lo and behold, the gal at Chewy had flowers sent to me. Unbelievable and I will continue to praise Chewy for their customer service. Thank you Chewy! You have a life long partner.
