EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I bought a brush for my dog that got great reviews, but it didn't work for either of my pups. It was essentially a $15 waste of money. I posted a review to warn others with medium hair dogs that it wouldn't be a good choice, but I didn't return the brush thinking it wasn't worth the hassle and loss of shipping costs. But to my surprise, unsolicited, Chewy Customer Service sent me an email saying they'd read the review and they were refunding the brush - no need to send it back. In addition, they spent the time to look up a couple of alternatives that might work better based on my comments. I'm sold. I'll happily shop at Chewy.com from now on.

I lost my beloved Tobie and had to cancel the auto ship on his meds. Jessica at customer is one of the most caring people I’ve ever came across. Not only did she offer kind words of condolences but I came home today to flowers on my porch she sent me. They also went over and beyond to find another source for a medication my dog needed and that they were out of. My dog was never without his meds.

I used to love chewy.com and have spent A LOT of money there, but things have gone down hill and not only are things missing from orders, but their customer service is GARBAGE! I made 2 orders in one day so they flagged my order and emailed me saying that i had to call to have them shipped, which i did. And then a few days later i got a cancellation notice! They cancelled my order anyways even after i did everything they asked. I am so frustrated because i have spent a week waiting for an order that will never come and they don't care, all i got was, "you can re-order." But why would I take the time after all of that to go through and figure out everything i ordered and get it all over again. There are other places out there to buy from that i have not had these experiences with.

Usually really liked chewy. Now I won't be using them anymore. It started with me ordering over $30 worth of treats for my bulldog. I got an email saying that my package was left at my front door and it never really came. I sent them an email explaining and they right away sent me a new order. I got an email today that that was " delivered" and it still never came. I called and just asked for a refund since they obviously are having an issue really getting my package to me. They will be refunding my money to me but won't refund what I paid for in shipping. So I get to pay for shipping even though it was never really shipped to my house. Just completely frustrated by this.

OMG - 🥰 BLOWN AWAY... 🥰 I received my auto shipment the other day for my Zackary Binks prescription cat food.. (since I forgot to cancel it after he passed away a few weeks ago) and when I called to return my order that was nearly $100, Chewy.com gave me a full refund and asked that I donate the cat food! Wow! Then today, when I got home, there was flowers at my door that Chewy.com sent me in condolences for my loss! #blownaway #greatcustomerservice #thankyouChewy

I have never dealt with a company as thoughtful and tremendous as Chewy. When my favorite cat died, I needed to stop auto shipment on litter. Not only did they do that, but they sent me condolences and a beautiful bouquet. Trying to get a sick cat healthy, today I contacted Chewy regarding food he would not eat. It was a lot of food, but they credited me and asked that I donate the food. Where else do you find such compassion and caring. I would not buy pet supplies anywhere else!

I love Chewy.com! I have ordered from them for years and have never had a problem! Shipping is always quick and their customer service is impeccable! I always have a good experience with customer service! They are so helpful and kind and make things so easy! I rarely write reviews but this company deserves one!
