Our beloved Golden just passed away, and we were so amazed by the empathy of Chewy and their customer service representatives..Ariana S.and David B. Not only did they fully credit us for any leftover food and meds but they sent heartfelt notes and offers of help in our time of mourning. In addition, there product, prices, and timely shipment over the year have also been amazing. We will be loyal Chewy customers with all of our pets!

I used Chewy.com for our dogs food. Never had a problem with anything. We lost our Nipper on January 20th. I called the company the next day to cancel my auto ship. I spoke with Laquina, she was so kind. On January 24th I received a beautiful bouquet of tulips from the company with a card. I have never seen a company who does this for their customers. It was so heart warming. Thank you Chewy for being so thoughtful at such a hard time.

All I can say is if they sold people food, I would never shop in a grocery store again. Good products. Good prices. Absolutely unbelievable customer service!

I ordered my prescription dog food from chewy when I found out my regular place was on back order. I called Chewy and my dog food was delivered the next day! Now that’s service!! I was very upset with this company at first but they made things right. I don't remember what it was about.... but when it comes down to it having good 1 on 1 communication and resolutions are so important. They have good customer service
