Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I ordered a few things for my cat 2 days ago, I was blown away to see a big box arrive this morning. One of the things I got for Lucy is a toy called tower toy with butterfly. She's been having so much fun with this thing for the last two hours. She is completely ignoring the box it came in! This toy cost less than $10, and 100% worth it!

I recently discovered that ordering from Chewy.com instead of Amazon.com saves me about 30% on a lysine supplement that one of my cats needs twice a day for life. Today I called Chewy to return one of two muzzles that I had ordered for 2 of my female dachshunds that recently started fighting. One didn't fit. I planned to pay the shipping because I had ordered the wrong size but the gal that I spoke to, told me keep it and donate it to a local shelter. She provided a refund for the item and offered to ship a replacement free of charge, I would just pay for the new item. She held on the phone while I measured my dog to get correct sizing and was super kind. Chewy.com is hands down the nicest company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them for their products, pricing and customer service!

I placed order for two meds for my dog. They required I send original script from my vet...which I sent. Their web site indicates they received on 9 Feb 2020. Well, it is now 21 Feb 2020 and they still have not processed my order and all I get is 1. they have computer issues 2. they are backlogged with processing pharmacy orders. I have call several times in the past week and still getting the razzle dazzle. I am not satisfied at all with my order.

There customer service has definitely started going down the drain. Communication is poor. I was told a manager was going to call me. None such call was made. Emailed them regarding situation and was simply told to call the 1800 number. (But I already did...) Finally got a manager and she apologized, agreed with my concerns BUT gave no resolution. So you agree with me and then nothing else happens? I guess they've gotten so big they dont care for one person's concern. Lost customer chewy.

They do not deliver on time

Chewy is such a great company to deal with. I received a wrong order of food for my dog in an auto ship order. I called the company and Derek was so very helpful on the phone. He immediately put a new order in and told me to keep the other one and not to throw it out but pass it along to another dog and to give my little girl a belly rub! The very next day the new food delivery was at my door! I'm so impressed with customer service. I will always use them for my dog food orders. Thank you Derek. Loretta

I lost my dog to cancer this year and therefore unsubscribed from Chewy.com as the ads just made me sad. When asked by them my reason for leaving - I told them and they were very sympathetic and understanding and said they hoped I would be back when the time was right. I assumed that was the end of the conversation. A few days later I get a knock on my door with a lovely bouquet of flowers from Chewy.com with a signed note telling me they were sorry for our loss. I was flabbergasted. Here is a company that I have just left as a customer reaching out and making me smile and feel better. Amazing and totally unusual and unexpected! There is no doubt I will be back and recommend them to everyone I know. Really thoughtful and well done!

Chewy.com surprised me with this beautiful hand painted portrait! In January, I contacted customer service to return some clothes that were too small. They ended up refunding and asking me to donate the items to a rescue as opposed to sending them back. In the exchange of emails, I included a picture of Trudy wearing the pajamas that did fit . Today I came home to this beautiful surprise . Way to go Chewy , you have paws-itively made us raving fans fur-ever !
