I love chewy! The prices are great. The autoship is convenient. They are compassionate and have wonderful customer service.

I purchase an item on Chewy for over $49 with warranty shipping of 1-2 days. My order will be deliver in a week. You won’t get your order on a few days if it ships from a further houseware. My order comes from Fl and I am in NY.....not that far but for them seems to be. That should be clarify on the shipping info that is 1 to whatever days it takes.

I signed up for autoship on catfood a few months ago. One would think that it would be a convenience not to worry about having to order the food every few weeks, however, I am shocked to find out that the price of the food fluctuates rather than being what it was when I signed up for the autoship. The price has increased steadily and this last autoship, they charged me five dollars PER UNIT more than what it was! That adds up to quite a bit when you’re ordering 3 or 4 items! Nowhere on the website does it warn you of this! So disappointing CHEWY!! Customer service offered to refund me one dollar per unit......apparently it was of no real concern to them so I’ve canceled my future orders.

i usually love chewy, especially for my cats food and litter its easy to load him up on food and litter and get free shipping. Horse stuff is a little pricy and not a lot of great options but i understand its not a horse store. horse items are the same price if not a little pricier than TSC or another local farm store and i understand the convenience is part of the price. however i have had it happen twice now that i have been double charged for an order and reached out to customer service via email and they never respond back. i think its kinda crappy they have "24 hour service" but they can't even shoot you a "we have received your email and are investigating" auto email within 24 hours. i love the convenience of chewy but if i risk getting charged overdraft fees from being double billed and it not fixed within 24 hours i will just drive to the store.

I called to cancel my autoship for my senior dog when she passed. The lady was so helpful and was able to stop my autoship that was due to go out that day. A few days later, a large bouquet of beautiful flowers was delivered to me and it stated that they were sorry to hear of my Lulu's passing. Chewy sent the flowers! It was so personal and thoughtful. I am a customer for life!

I ordered cat food at 6pm Feb 25th and it arrived by 11am Feb 27th. Incredible service. I had 20% coupon. I've ordered meds in the past and it's always arrives before I really expect it... like morning instead of evening on standard delivery. Can't say enough about their service - excellent selection of brands. 100% reliable. You can trust them

I’m a little dumbfounded right now - I needed to return something. I called to see how and was wondering how much it was gonna cost to ship. Like the others - she refunded very quickly and said there was no need to send it back! What? This was a $100 item. I couldn’t believe it! So I’m definitely a believer in this company and will continue to shop from them. Wow. Just wow!!
