We lost our furry child Thor, last week and they not only refunded an unopened bag of cat food and a case of canned cat food (1can was used) but they didn't want them back. They asked us to donate them to a shelter. ❤️😿 Today they sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers along with a gift card for home fresh. They are truly a sympathetic company who is not out for money but are caring for your furry child. They are a pet food company with a heart 💓. I am so touched and whenever we get another pet we will make sure we buy our pet food from them. LOVE Chewy. Thank you for everything you have given us through the years and for your act of kindness and sympathy during our loss of Thor.❤️ He is greatly missed. 😿

My Smokey passed last week, I contacted chewy to see if I could send back medicated food, not only did they reimburse me but they had me donate the food! Today I received flowers!!! Amazing company who truly cares about the pet family! Thank you!

Ordered several dog outfits for my dog, the goldendoodle, all of them were too small..i ordered her regular size of a 2x and they were all too small. Called Chewy.com, talked Estobon, told her about the clothing. She stated they would refund us, and to donate clothes to a shelter or someone who could use for their dog..great customer service!
