Horrible recent experience. Have used Chewy for a long time. They recently ran out of our dogs RX and didn't let us know until we were almost out. Had ordered a week prior... got on customer support. CODY S was not helpful and basically brushed us under the rug. The treats and food are on the way we were told... no thanks, that's a bait and switch!

When it works, it is good. When it does not, it is bad Chewy says they deliver in 1-2 days. Not true They lost my package. I was suppose to get it yesterday (Saturday) and now they are saying Tuesday or Wednesday. I ordered it very early Friday morning. Late Friday morning, Chewy said part of the shipment would be received yesterday and the other part on Monday. It still says part of my shipment will be received yesterday and Fed Ex Shows it has not been sent!! I really needed it yesterday and was happy to see on Friday that I was going to receive it on Saturday. I have talked to 5 people and got 5 different answers. NONE of them agree with Fed Ex tracking that shows it has not yet been sent. Something tells me Fed Ex is right!

My beloved dog, Buster, was sick and I had to put him to sleep the day before my last order arrived. I called and spoke with Vincent who was so compassionate and understanding. Not only did Vincent refund my order, shortly a few days later, I received flowers and a beautiful card of condolence. I have never received such caring concern. Thank you chewy.com and Vincent for your kindness, caring and professionalism.

I have been chasing a RX for my dog for over a week and the vets office has messed me around after I called out the front desk lady who was involved in the death of my cat from negligence. Trying to get another RX has been an act of God because she wont pass on messages or help in any way when it comes to my animals. After being on and off the phone all day with people at chewy and getting help from them I got through to Kawanna. OMG, what a gift from God she was. Went above and beyond to get my doggy what she needs. Chewy have been great with everything every time I have used them. I only found out today that they offer RX services so this is wonderful. And cheaper than my usual vet!!! Thank you CHEWY!!!

My beloved Rosey died one week ago. Told chewy I wasn't able to purchase from them. They sent me a post straight from their hearts very kind gesture. I now live alone without the sweetest Siamese female I've ever owned.on Ambien to cope with her being gone. Today I rcvd. A vase of beautiful flowers with note from Robert and chewy staff. I'm a high-maintenance customer and Chewy takes care of me! I've shopped with them many times and NEVER had an issue with delivery or product quality. Are they the lowest prices out there? Probably not, but the love and attention they put behind their company is well worth the additional pennies. I love how they are available 24/7 over the phone - I've even called asking them to measure the actual size of kibble in mm to see if it's too big for my furbaby (I said I'm high-maintenance). Chewy is such a thoughtful company, sending personalized messages, donating food to a shelter in your pet's name who has passed, and I've even seen them send flowers and hand-painted pictures. They've won my loyalty. I have no explanation for the bad reviews listed here except maybe the individuals did not really call customer service, because I've only had fantastic interactions with people always ready to resolve concerns (I use my vet for prescriptions, not an online service, so I cannot speak to that). Definitely take time to read the reviews on each product before you buy it, because the chewy community is very honest and (YAY!) the company doesn't filter out the bad reviews so you actually get a realistic rating per product. Chewy.com is A+, 5 Stars, Highly Recommend!
